  1. Looks really nice! Email me at sales and we can discuss, and/or feel free to start a new thread about CraftSRV.
  2. Some customers may have multiple accounts with the same contact details, so a customer number helps identify the correct one. I agree that people don't like to be thought of as a number.. people are people not numbers. So, the question becomes, how do we make the number available to the customer in case they need to reference it, in a way that is respectful?
  3. Thanks for the feedback! The release date of the module really depends on the feedback we get here and any issues found. I would love to include in in 3.1, but if we need to build in additional functionality, as I suggested people may want, then it will not make it into 3.1.
  4. Please note that the module currently requires all information during checkout, including the CSR. We'd like your feedback on this, and whether or not the SSL cert should be purchasable without providing this information. In which case, the customer would then login, manage the SSL cert and enter the details to finish the process.

    Module: Gogetssl

Please note that the module currently requires all information during checkout, including the CSR. We'd like your feedback on this, and whether or not the SSL cert should be purchasable without providing this information. In which case, the customer would then login, manage the SSL cert and enter the details to finish the process.
  6. Fixed, thanks. I bet you can guess where the outline for that page was copy/pasted from.
  7. You can create a universal module product with just a product name and that's all. You'll then be able to create a package using this universal module product. If you want to ask the customer for information during checkout, then the screenshot at http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Universal+Module for service options may help you. Documentation is still in progress, and it's being updated nearly every day, but we have more yet to do. Happy to answer any questions you may have, and there are others here willing to help as well!

    Proxmox Module

It looks like the licensing is friendly, and to be honest I have been looking for an HTML5 VNC client we could use. CORE-924 Do you want the swap size set on the package level where the storage, ram, and other options are set? Some of these options, like the number of IP addresses may be best offered as configurable options so that you can charge more for them.

    Customers Giving Tips

A gratuity plugin of sorts would probably be the best solution here, however we'd need to make some changes to allow plugins to get in the middle of the payment process. I think some more discussion is in order.
  10. I suggest trying a different cPanel server entirely. The logs are pretty clear, Blesta is not receiving a response from your cPanel server. Maybe the other guys assume no response means success, I don't know.. but Blesta can't consider the account creation successful unless cPanel says it was. Was the username of the new account lbraziel? Are you using zamfoo? If so, I'd suggest removing that software ASAP, it's an abandoned project riddled with security vulnerabilities that could take down your entire cPanel server.. it may even be contributing to the issue here.
  11. There's a task for it though, CORE-621
  12. CORE-395 describes a ticket statistics section above the ticket queue under Support > Tickets. Average response time is one of the stats described for this area. I have added a note to this task to make all stats, including average response times available for embedding in other areas.
  13. Cody or Tyson should be able to better explain how to best to utilize phpseclib within your module.
  14. phpseclib is included with Blesta, in the vendors directory, so you won't need to include this library with your module unless for some reason you need a different version.

    Partial Refund?

Blesta does not issue partial refunds, only full refunds. We suggest doing a full refund, and then another charge for the new amount.. however, if your gateway will allow you to do a partial refund, you can do it there, and then void the transaction in Blesta (NOT using the gateway, uncheck that box) and by recording a new payment for the new amount.
  16. Configurable options are definitely what you want for charging extra for RAM, Disk, IP's etc. All customers will be eligible to download the beta when it's released. The beta will be available in the download area, to authenticated customers only (You have to login to see it). We're getting close.
  17. PHP version is fine, but it's a pretty old version of ionCube. Try updating ionCube to version 4.4 from http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php. You can download a zip file for a loader wizard that will tell you exactly how to update ionCube. All our stuff is running version 4+ of ionCube without issues, being that 3.3 is a major release lower it could very well be the problem.
  18. What version of PHP and Ioncube? If it's a very old build, the IonCube loaders may be outdated, requiring they be updated.
  19. If it's not installed, config/blesta.php won't exist. Check http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Requirements to ensure your server meets the minimum requirements. My guess is you may be missing Ioncube, most of the other requirements can be checked without a fatal error.
  20. I'm not sure I understand your phase 1.. I believe clients can change the whois for every domain contact type by managing the service, for every domain registrar module we've released so far. Or am I missing something? For phase 2, this would be a good addition to the plugin we're planning to build for domain registrations. The plugin is meant to consolidate a lot of the methods shared between all domain registrars, and provide a simpler way for managing domains. This would include, to start with, a pricing grid for TLDs, which would be easier than configuring a package for each one. This could potentially also include a domain management section for clients where they can do bulk domain updates, and store contact details as you describe.
  21. The idea, and it works for PayPal, is that customers who want to pay with PayPal are familiar with the branding of those images and know what to do. This might be less obvious for something else that customers may not have an account with and instead will pay with a credit card on their website. I'm sure something can be done to improve the usability here -- just not sure what the best option is.
  22. I might be blind, but I didn't see what type of virtualization support they had on their website. Looking at bluevm.com, it looks like they support OpenVZ but not sure if anything else.
  23. Only problem is their licensing. Looks pretty slick though with image copy/paste and drag n drop.
  24. In what environments is it common for the geoip database to be in a shared location? Just curious/trying to gauge how many people would find it beneficial, but I think it's a good feature request.
  25. All the big stuff is virtually done and being polished up, I expect we'll be ready for a beta release this month.
