This isn't a case of duplication, it's mixed data. For a comprehensive listing of counties, see here:
http://www.townscountiespostcodes.co.uk/counties-in-uk/
If you compare that with what's produced in the drop down, you'll see exactly what I mean.

OK, thanks.

Sorry, but that's not the issue. The drop down is a complete mix of towns, cities and counties and is therefore mixing two different sets of data.

Thanks, that's cleared one thing up, but I didn't explain myself very well.
In my case not all legacy data had been input to Blesta when the client details were input, so the email wasn't sent in the first place. I need to send an email with content introducing the client to the new system as well as providing their credentials. i.e. I therefore need to send the Registration Email for those legacy clients.

Is there a way of forcing a resend of the 'Send Account Registration Email', which you can send by checking the checkbox at the foot of the 'New Client' form?
Once you've added a client, you've no way of forcing a re-send of the client's log in credentials and information. Useful if, like me, you've been adding clients from another billing system.

The drop down used in Blesta v3.2.2 contact details forms for entering State / Province for the UK, is a mixed bag of all UK towns, cities and provinces, rather than provinces only.
Which seems odd, considering the contact form City input is only a text input and not a drop down of UK towns and cities, which is what you'd expect.
