    Not sure what the issue was, but we've got it fixed when we upgraded to the 3.5.0 beta. weird stuff, might be a missing file some how.

    i did a file save as web in photoshop that didn't work, but when i took a screenshot and uploaded that worked

    Michael from License Cart helped me fix it   I had to turn on force graceful restart. 
    worked like a charm!
