I'm in the process of [re]setting up a Blesta install with the latest version, and still looking great!
Would like the ability to
- Preview invoice template without creating an order first
- Test SMTP Mail Settings
The mail setting issue got me; I saved the settings & assumed everything was working properly, but it's [apparently] not.
A button that would test the user login credentials would be nice; this way it can be fixed as needed.

I'm still not happy about that... I remember looking at Bitcoins at $13 per coin, but really no where (that I shopped) to spend it, so I didn't bother!!
But I might have to look in to litecoins

I know the value fluctuates, but what about longevity and uses of alternative cryptocurrencies?
Bitcoin is picking up in lots of places and doesn't appear to be going anywhere any time soon... but what about the alternatives like litecoins (as referenced above)?
Will it have the lasting power like bitcoin and how long will it take for more businesses to accept such alternatives? It already seems to be taking an eternity for more larger businesses to accept bitcoins, now you want to add another one to the mix???

There's pretty good demand for a knowledge base, but since we have plans to create one (and include it for free) I'd suggest something else if the point of the release is to make money.
I mean, more spending cash is always nice! Haha but not the main goal here either... I do have some other projects in the works right now too. I absolutely plan on making ay least one plugin, and will go from there I guess!
I was more or less curious on a community stand point since the current [apparent] options are great, but limited at the same time. So I thought it best to ask what would be better for the majority, but also be open to other input as well!
It's on my to do list, I just need to stay motivated long enough!! Hah 2014 is a year of renewal!

Not that long ago, I was looking in to setting up a custom pfSense installation using Blesta for billing and basically having free and paid Internet packages for local hotels..
The biggest custom feature that was needed was that we weren't actually selling speed, just access to a "less clogged" connection; which was possible to do with pfSense, but it was really going to be more of a hacked job... A hacked job that paid! haha but no, plans changed. Sorry!

Knowledgebase: I reverse my earlier statement about a wiki being a better choice. I'd be thrilled with a KB. I remember you started one a while back -- any progress?
So which would you prefer in the long run? I could probably implement a wiki-like system... or would a knowledgebase be better? Any thoughts on that?
"Make a Blesta plugin" is on my current TO DO list; something's going to happen.

I mean, I have enough funds to survive for now and what not... I'm just wondering about any preferred methods or costs? I ask because I recently lost a major source of income, and need to consider making a livable wage doing what I love doing.
I know and completely understand that FREE is better!! haha I may release a free version and then offer a paid upgraded version, with better features? Or offer completely free, but paid support?
I'm [personally] a work in progress, but I'd like to believe I'm making improvements every day

I've been toying with my own plugin system for a while now. It was not built on or in to Blesta, but it's been working great so far. I may have to see about porting that over... But I guess I need to refresh my minPHP knowledge first!

Still need some more plugins? I might be willing to make a few, but need some ideas and any further thoughts on such plugins. What is the current request? Finish the knowledge base plugin I started a while back? General article / website management?
Bills don't pay themselves! haha but seriously, any thoughts on plugins for sale; Donation based; or otherwise?
I may be looking in to do some bounty work as well, here or in the open source community...

Yeah, sorry about the delay!! I herniated a disk in my back a few years ago, and it's been acting up again!!!
It kind of limits the amount of time I can sit still... so I have a routine of sitting for an hour or so and then getting up and moving for 15-30 minutes... which isn't too bad, but it's hard to stay in the same mind frame after each break, so I've been scattered brained! hah, but most of the time I do have, I've been focusing on things that pay the bills... I will try to finish this up as soon as I can!! -
Not sure if there currently is a way, and I can't remember if we've discussed this before... but can I modify a support ticket response and/or note after it's been posted?
I see I can add more, but not where I can change current... could this be implemented in any such way?

I've done it before! A company marked my ticket as closed, but I still had a question. Sure I could have opened another ticket, but then I'd have had to refer to my old ticket, blah blah blah, so I just replied to the ticket and it automatically reopened it. I liked the feature.

Promo license is currently the 2.5 license.
Owned Unbraded is the 3.0 license.
So I get two licenses? Two instances can be set up? One with 2.5 and one with 3.0? Is that what you're telling me? I doubt it, but I will ask!

OK, what about muticompanies? I was trying to copy my license over, but I have the multicompany feature turned on. Where do I order my addon so I can keep it set up the way it is?

So now that 3.0 has officially been released, I see there is no official "support" forum? I see a Bugs forum, but nothing for general support?
But anyway, I have two licenses in my account. A "Blesta Owned License Promo" and a "Blesta Owned Unbranded" What is what, and what do I need to upgrade from beta to the 3.0 release? And I was told I could have a dev license? How do I go about setting that up?

I'm curious to know how you come up with your names for products, services, and/or business?
Does anyone have a method, or is it completely by chance that names happen?
Do you come up with like 10 of your top favorites and then pick one?
Do you get drunk and just start spitting "crap" out until one sticks?
I mean, why is Blesta called Blesta? Why is your hosting company called what ever it's called?
I'm trying to come up with a name for a local tech meetup, and I'm drawing blanks! haha, so I figured why not discuss the issue!
My current favorite idea is that our country+area code is 1337 -- which spells leet
Either way, NAMES. Why and how do they happen? -
