If there is still an interest in doing this, Yandex is currently in the lead.

Their documentation is available in both Russian and English, and you should be able to create an account outside the Russian Federation to test with, at least within the US.

Yandex.Money would be great.

While I don't think many people are going to demand it to be added, I'm quite sure a fair few would use it, as it is the most popular online payment method in Russia.

Other methods like Qiwi or Webmoney would be nice too, but I'm not getting my hopes up!
