Not sure if that will help or not, but worth a shot.

i just installed a fresh one agter terminating the account and creating it again.

same problem

this is the 2nd time i lose access to admin panel

it shows error404

when i get home i will terminate the account and recreate it again

ajax, standard, and wizard directotries are available, containing files and readable

i uploaded zip file 6 times in 2 days from 3 computers from different Lines

nothing happened. it accepts adding forms with no error messages, but shows nothing.

So it has to be something to do with the web hosting / vps set-up or CloudFlare or something else.
