Hey, I don't have a backup log under cron.

Hey, My SFTP backup keeps failing. I have checked the settings by clicking the "Test settings" option and that says success but then if I click force offsite backup it fails. Is there a log of this somewhere so I can see the reason for the failure?

This is exactly the scenario I am after and I imagine the majority of people in the hosting industry use.

I know this has been mentioned in the support forum but I genuinely think it is the biggest needed feature request. The current order form system is so un user-friendly it is unbelieveable. Currently if you want to order a domain and hosting: Check Domain Add To Cart Add other item to get to the hosting Re-Add that domain name to the hosting account you want to buy Checkout So in other words I have to tell Joe public that after adding a domain to their cart they then have to click add more items to get to the shared hosting?! This is the most ridiculous way of doing it and it could be simplified greatly. How it should be: Select domain Add to cart Select hosting package required (Or not hosting package required option) If a hosting package is selected, auto populate the domain field Checkout. Anyone else with me on this?

I am also having this issue with doing any domain searches and it shows as not available even though I can go to the namecheap site and do the search for the domain and it is available.

Pop up with the option to download sounds good to me.

And what if I want to delete all the test client data I've been using? It clutters up the system and needs me to go in to the database to remove it all manually.

Hey, I'd like to see the ability to delete clients completely, including their transactions and services etc rather than just deactivating them.

I also would like this feature. It annoys me having to download the PDFs in Chrome every time I view them.

It's just blank with unlimited set. It shows just the key but no pie chart at all.

Is anyone else having the issue where their Cpanel Stats Pie charts aren't displaying? I have the box with the space/bandwidth but the actual pie chart isn't displaying. This only seems to have happened since 3.0.3. Ah. Ignore. Only occurs when unlimited diskspace/bandwidth is set on the package. Can we have something that shows the diskspace/bandwidth prettily when unlimited is set

What about when I exported my Blesta 3 passwords. Are these MD5 or as Tyson said simply a case of me changing a system key so that the 3.0 export works on a new import. Is this value stored in the database anywhere so I can see what it was on the old installation?

Hi, It seems that if you do a backup of Blesta and then import it on another installation that the passwords no longer work and all need resetting? Is there something I need to do to make them all work again? Bit annoying if all clients have to then reset their password by email.

Awesome it's working on a new VPS... problem is now I don't really want to move everything over to this new VPS and yet I'm clueless as to what is causing the issue on the old VPS!

Created a new VPS. Seems to work fine on that! Absolutely clueless as to what could be causing this issue on the other VPS. Somewhat annoying!

There is CloudFlare on the domain but it has been paused for a long time. There is no server caching installed. It's not just me in Chrome but other people in FireFox as well. I don't have any extensions installed relating to cacheing. It was all working before. It's only recently that we've noticed the pages not refreshing properly. It also can't be CF or a server issue as the installation is fine in my other browsers. Same on the Windows machine, only one browser having the issue.
