I am getting nightly CRON emails and have that set so I know things are running properly there as it does successfully indicate the initial invoice.

I am evaluating other control panels for some of my my hosting clients and have run across the Vesta Control Panel -http://www.vestacp.com/ which installs quite well and runs very fast. Instead of an API, it uses the CLI to administer commands from behind the scenes to add/remove users among other things. I would like to put a vote in for a control panel plugin for that software.

Blank message for HTML. Nothing contained when reading the source. I have tried sending to several different email accounts (I have one test account I use and have switched accounts to send to), and still same issue.

When sending a non-templated HTML Based email to a customer, it sends fine, but the content of the email isn't there, however when sending Text based email, it sends fine. Does anyone else have this issue?

Not to bring up an old topic but... Has Blesta considered an API Based authentication module instead of the current method you are using with the Yubikey? For example, WordPress (And many other scripts) has a Yubikey module which does the API Call back to the Yubico server (Or one the Yubikey Owner sets up if they choose on their own hardware for this purpose), then if things are all warm and fuzzy and passes the authentication, it lets you in. This eliminates the need for TOTP. On a side note, I was shocked to discover that Google Authenticator's TOTP is really not as random as I thought. I have both an Android Tablet and Phone running the authenticator. Both are set for the same sites and if I launch them at different intervals 30 seconds apart (Or after the counter changes to a new number on a device), The code is the same as the other device before it changed the code. For Example: Phone displays: 885741 Tablet Displays: 751291 After The Interval Change: Phone Displays: 958231 Tablet Displays: 885741 Unless I am not understanding TOTP correctly, this would seem to be a 1 Minute Window for Verification as opposed to the 30 second window. (30 seconds on each device) To me, this is not nearly as secure as Yubikey. With the Yubikey, once your password is used - it is tossed into the abyss to never been used again. Having an API Based plugin instead of what you are using now, would make IMHO an easier configuration for plug and play and also allow more universal integration.

I got my 2.5 key from Licensepal, so not really going to work since it would be expired by now. I had invoices prior to August 1st for sure. I will take a peek into the databases and see what I can find to import or whatnot.

I might have made a serious mistake here so I am needing some information. I cannot see any invoices prior to August 1, 2013 which I know I have several paid invoices before then, but of course no record in Blesta to show otherwise. When I did the upgrade to 3.0, I believe that I installed in a new directory, created the database, and let it migrate into the new install, moved the fresh install back into my billing directory (v. 3.0.0), and called it good as things were running fine. I have my old Database still on the system, but last week while cleaning things up, I dropped the tables in the old database so I have two questions now: Would Blesta still be pulling from the old database if it did a migration? Would I be able to restore Blesta 2.5.x into an old "localhost" type of server, pull the billing records and then destroy that install w/o having a license? I keep daily backups of my server off site for safety and can restore almost any backup to restore the old version so the second option would be possible if I can do this, but if the first option is possible, I know that I can pull the table from my old backup and reinsert it into the SQL.

I reloaded Windows to 8.1 (MSDN/Technet RTM) Fresh Install, this weekend and this was going on before, so I would think this is not a browser issue. Also, tested in Opera, Chrome and I think IE in the past (I don't really use that browser). Server specs: 1GB Ram 20GB SSD Disk CentOS 6.4 x64 cPanel

All the data is stale in the widget. Pending Orders is still showing 1 Pending from Day 1 when I installed 3.0.0. when I tested things. The recent visitors have not gone away so I am either thinking it is because recent visitors means lifetime visitors or it is also stale. The other data should not refresh as very Sadly, I haven't gained new customers or anyone else in a long time so until I get someone new, that won't 'update'. This is sort of a continuation of the topic here: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/917-dashboard-lost-widgets-and-more/page-1 But since it is a different issue that I brought up in the thread, I wanted to try to keep things cleaner in case anyone has this issue in the future. My dashboard's System Overview widget does not refresh at all. I don't have caching turned on in the server, it is the only site hosted there on a VPS hosted in a cloud based SSD server. I was using Cloudflare but have since moved from there and all DNS records are changed and cleared now so no caching even remotely there (As if the DNS would have cached content anyway -LOL ) I am using V. 3.0.3 and this has been there since 3.0.0.

I had a problem with that as well, Stripe updated their API, I think you have to upgrade to it, and put in the new key that you generate. It put me under a lot of pressure this afternoon when I had a customer call to give me their credit card over the phone so I could apply it to their balance. Got the Stripe error and I had to use an offline processor which made me look bad. (Square, who is my backup processor.) Once I put the new API key in, I fixed the issue.

No - it doesn't fix the issue. Did a refresh of my browser, and tried different ones too which haven ot accessed the admin area. As I have just switched out of my old registrar via transfer, I am locked for 60 days anyway so switching to you won't work at least on the immediate term. The only caching I have turned on in the server is Memcache, don't know if this would do anything, but doubt it. I am running on a SSD based system so no need really for as heavy caching anyway.

I wanted to update things - Cloudflare is no longer serving the DNS records or caching things and I have since moved to a different registrar. The dashboard still shows a pending order (From when 3.0 was released and I did a test order) even there is none and not much changes in the dashboard, names of users that have evern been in there show as well. Not that it is an issue to see them as recent users, but even after release of 3.0 the still show? Is there a timer for such a thing to expire out that I am missing? Either way - I am not seeing it update. ALSO - I know I probably should put this in a new post, but as an FYI - trial license expired on the 13th, and it didn't flag the site's installation. Not sure if this is an intentional thing or if it might have something to do with this issue as well?

I ran the upgrade script and am sure I am running 3.0.3. This solved the issue. I guess I errored in that I didn't go to the admin/upgrade to do the actual upgrade last night. My error. I had just done what I normally do when I get upgrade scripts for the sites I manually build and run for my clients which is uploading the changed files via FTP. (Gotta break that habit!)
