    It works for me, I went though the order, and I got at the checkout (Rs.3,500.00) for 1 year. and on the invoice it says:

    Description **************************************************************** Quantity Unit ****** Price ****** Cost

    R_Starter - cubicwebs.com (August 26, 2014 - August 26, 2015) **** 1 ************** 3500.00 **** 3500.00

     

    check out the date. we are in 2013 but it shows from 2014 to 2015... !!! actually it should be 2013-2014.... why is this happened?

  2. I don't understand, did you just edit the invoice and not edit the module too? On the product you can update the date and click update with module.

     

    The invoice is different to the service. Updating the service doesn't update the invoice, updating the invoice doesn't update the service.

    once you select the package, select offline payment -> check the final page. here year is +1 automatically.(invoice too).

     

    i'm aware of custom invoice :)

  3. Hello mate,

     

    The Invoice doesn't update automatically, you have to edit them yourself if they have already been made.

     

    Not only the invoice, Once Completed the Payment, it shows wrong year .

    now i'm playing(testing) with blesta ...

     

    i setup offline payment(i don't want to loose my money :) ).

     

    i started my testing with domain registration.

    i got this page once completed order form.i selected 3 years to book but i got wrong date..

     

    i logged in to admin and checked under billing -> in review. here i got the correct date.

    i checked invoice, but the error date shown.

    I love Blesta :) , because of if its great features like open code,security,great community and so on.

     

    i have few doubts in current order form flow.(maybe some others too)

     

    From customer point of view:

     

    AIM : I have to register a Domain with one Hosting package.

     

    For Domain Registration:

     

     

    url/plugin/order/main/preconfig/domains, Check Domain Availability -> ORDER SELECTED -> CONTINUE

    Now i got two options in my cart, 1) ORDER MORE ITEMS 2) CHECKOUT.

     

    while i click "ORDER MORE ITEMS" it's again redirected to Check Domain Availability page

     

    (url/plugin/order/main/preconfig/domains) and it's not List my any of Hosting packages.

     

    I have several Hosting Packages but none of them shown here.(This same feature available in whmcs.They are using drop down to select from various categories like shared hosting,dedicated,reseller and etc.,)

     

    To achieve our aim, Customer should be checkout 2 times.1 for domain registration and second for hosting package.

     

    to maintain different order form is must be great idea but we have to group it atleast anyone of place.so users can easily know about all of our services.

     

    this is my personal opinion.

     

    If i'm wrong , apologies for that, please educate me in right way.  :)

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  6. You will need to give your account more permissions.

     

    Settings > system > staff > Staff groups or /settings/system/staff/groups/

     

    Click on Administrators

     

    then go to: Packages and make sure they are all ticked.

     

    while i'm doing this, i received the following error "You are not authorized to access that resource".i can't access any of menu. :(
