  1. I've used single hop in the past and boy what a great reseller program do they have. I use to make a weeks pay in two days that is if you do it the correct way. But the worst thing now in days with reseller programs and servers once you get one abuse issue all servers usually are shut down.

  2. Hi all. So I got my system up and ruining smooth but I would like to know when a new client comes and purchases cPanel shared hosting for example how does he or she get their account information as to where to log into cPanel the nameservers , ip , domain and user name so on...

    I signed my self up as a client and ordered and the system created the account and send me a few emails but I never got account info but still saw that my server still made the account. So do I have to manually email the client their information and how to log into cPanel?

    I don't see any custom tags I can use when I edit the email template for new account how can i go about changing this. Thanks

  3. Make sure you have a currency selected on the order form. This will be near the bottom of the form right above the gateway settings. If you do not have a currency selected the order forms will not show any packages.

    I also have that done already. Have a look at the image below is that the setting you are talking about under order forms?

    I am new to blesta and I am in need of some urgent help.

    Ok so I set up my packages and order forms. But when I click order or go to order page no services or items show to purchase..
