    the request for resellers is sent without the ip/port  .

     

    are other using interwork has the same prob in reseller creation ?

     

    Thats right. But why shared plans creation work?

     

    Dont know.. really annoying.  Reseller plans creation not work. I think nobody use iworx reseller things because there is just 1-2 hosts in the world who provide interworx reseller plans!

    Installed SOAP and libxml still not working. Shared plans creation is working. Resellers are not!

    Installed everything but seems not want to work.

    This error is usually due to the missing SOAP dependency. The module requires the libxml extension be enabled in php. Kind of strange you got that error, as the module checks for these dependencies before it is installed. In any case, you'll need to make sure you have PHP SOAP and the libxml extension installed and enabled on the server.

     

     

     

    I notice Blesta is referencing "modifyReseller" in the logs. Is this on service creation? It may be related to the issue in this thread, where setting order forms to "Require manual review" leads to this issue.

     

    I suspect that the problem may be that the service is created in Blesta before it is provisioned on the Interworx server. Then when it finally is provisioned, it attempts to update the server, but the server doesn't exist on Interworx yet, thus leading to an "invalid domain" or "invalid reseller ID" error response. The Interworx module only sets the reseller_id on service creation, defaulting to "0" if it is unknown. That is probably why reseller ID 0 is passed when attempting to modify the account. The module will likely need to be updated to handle this case better.

     

    Are you attempting to add the service via an order form? Per the aforementioned thread, does disabling "Require manual review" on the order form resolve the issue?

    I experienced a similar error creating a shared hosting account just now as well.  Not sure if it's related or not, just wanted to update this though with that info.  It's got some personal information in the new error, so I've opened a ticket rather than posting it here...I'll relay anything I find out from the ticket (unless of course the Devs want to do that themselves :)).

    Did you create the reseller packages in Interworx in the Reseller section?  (Sometimes people accidentally create them in the normal package area instead of the reseller area)  Figured I'd check this simple error before we need to get more indepth :)

     

    Yes already created the reseller packages. Interworx packages show the reseller stick and the package name is show too.

    When i want to add a reseller package to the user i got this error:

     

    The shared hosting plan easy to add at interworx and create it very well. But the reseller not. So how to solve this?

  11. Welcome Email Not Send

    Hello,

     

    I turned off Service Creation email at email section.

     

    I added a new interworx package , then  i filled the welcome email both html and text side.

     

    When an user is register , he paid for the service he cant got the welcome email which in the package.

     

    How to tolve this?

     

    Is there any tick box to enable this?

     

    I uploaded a file which contain the welcome email details. Where turn on welcome email? Because blesta not send it automatically

     

    ( i use mandrill SMTP services) and everything seems work

    If what Paul described is not the issue, could you elaborate on the problem?

     

    "blesta module not work" is not very descriptive, and I'm left just as helpless as you in determining why that's the case.

     

    InterWorx language missing at interworx side. Not my side. Its not my translate.

  16. [Vps.net] Oneapp Module To Cloudflow.it How To?

    Hello,

     

    VPS.net use oneapp system se they did the oneapp module for blesta.

     

    Cloudflow.it has the same system api system , they use too oneapp.

     

    My question is.. who could help me to edit the vps.net module to cloudflow.it? 

     

    Cloudflow.it is a big italian VPS onapp reseller , but they has only a whmcs plugin...

     

    I saw at vps.net plugin only 2 file contain the stuff.

     

    So who could help me out this? Same system just the URL's and etc is different.

     

     

    So maybe have ti edit 15-20 line. but which...

  18. Migrator Blesta 3.1 To 3.2

    Hi guys,

     

    I am testing blesta 3.2 with trial from 3.1.

     

    I want to test the things so i installed  a fresh blesta 3.2 and i want to import blesta 3.1 things to 3.2.

     

    if i open the Migrator plugin i only could see blesta 2.5 no 3 or anything?

     

    Or 2.5 work too?

     

    I realized not 1 click to move 3.x to 3.x or just my mistake :)?

    I has a whmcs VPS control panel module (oneAPP cloud) so its work on whmcs. The whmcs module developed by www.seflow.it. But i has blesta system so not work..

     

    But i need to get this module working on blesta.

     

    Is there any easy way to get the things work?

    It's not a problem as long as people know that and themeforest allows you to transfer it to another person. It also appears to be integrated into Blesta 3.0 or 3.1, so it's not compatible with 3.2 and the new bootstrap client area/order forms.

     

    One of the problems is, whenever there are updates made to the theme, the "buyer" won't be able to get the updates because the theme ownership is with your themeforest account, not the buyer's

     

    Yes you are right :) !. If nobody buy this not a big problem for me. I just try to sell thats all! Because my friend worked with integration a lot.
