Problems with Coupons

Hi All,

I have an issue with coupon application. When a client goes to order and applies the coupon, it shows the right amount. But when they go to checkout and the invoice doesnt show show the coupon and shows the full price.

I think this is name related, changed your coupon code to supersaver and no other variables were different and functioning correctly now.

@Paul is there name limitations on coupon names that may interfere?

• What do your coupon settings look like?
• Have you tried another order form type like "Wizard List"?
• You have confirmed that the invoice generated under the account does not have the discount?

coupon, the package term is set 1 year (the only term for the package)

I have tried wizard for this client same result

Can confirm invoice is full price no coupons visible on invoice. 

Cannot replicate on any other install using same coupon code BUT changing his coupon code to something else made it work)
