I recently purchased membership of blesta-addons.com and have faced issues due to non-updated plugins.

Raised tickets but there are no response from @Blesta Addons for over 7 days now, can anyone help me to reach them or get refund?

@Paul We may need to flag their addons on Blesta markets till they become active again! This could help several users save their buck!

I tried for around 5 months sadly to no response! Highly frustrating, But I hope he is ok! 

Yes, I do agree they should pull the products from the marketplace until we get signs of life! Many haven't been updated for 5 years - It could well lead to people getting (rightfully) annoyed that the marketplace is a shrine to a bunch of once great, Now dead Blesta Addons once they've already spent the money!
