  1. Two Seperated Blesta > One Blesta+Addon Company. How?

    Combining 2 Blesta installs into 1 is a bit of a challenge right now, because there's no automated way to do it. It's likely we will be creating a migrator for Blesta 3 -> Blesta 3 in the future, but at the moment no such thing exists.

     

    My recommendation is to manually import your 50 clients into an addon company for the 300 client install. It will take some time, and manual work but hopefully moving 50 clients isn't too tedious.

     

    Import it with phpmyadmin? This is the esiest way?

     

    Or manually... but if manually all password or etc lost.

     

    So phpmyadmin is the waay?

    There may be an error just prior to trying to render the PDF invoice, or something else. Try enabling error reporting and see if any errors are displayed.

     

    To enable error reporting, edit /config/blesta.php and change
     
    Configure::errorReporting(0);
     
    to
     
    Configure::errorReporting(-1);

     

     

    Call to a member function download() on a non-object on line 233 in /components/invoice_delivery/invoice_delivery.php

    Many customers click to Manage button then want to find the Log in button and then he open a ticket or etc because he dont know where to login.

     

    I see there is a change password name thing 'Actions'. Could we add a simple login button? (seperated)

    InterWorx Login -->> Then client click and login it automatically.

    If you change the interworx language to Hungarian the blesta module cant create the users. If i change back to english work like a charm.

     

    Main error:

    I think someone could work about this...

    Take it to the appstore then one time fee for it. Or something. I think the recurring fee is not good. Or 1 staff for free.

     

    I found someone worked about this but the project closed.

     

     

    So i think this is a good feature request.

     

    For  iOS , because everybody use iOS the leading OS for phone.

    Yes, we have it noted down and it is a priority, however we have many other issues we prioritize.

    Wouldn't mind having help from the Blesta team on this module, as I don't know Blesta at all myself.

    Fixed in Github ....

    download the plugin and go to plugin , then update .

    Create an article. Insert an image. Resize it then save the article. See the article by client side , and you could see the pictures has bad sizes too big... etc. So then go back to admin edit the article click to the picture and resize it then click to OK. See the article again by client side and now the picture appear correctly.

    How you have created the article ?

    The ID is incrementale , so normally should not be double !!!

    setField("id", array('type'=>"int", 'size'=>10, 'unsigned'=>true, 'auto_increment'=>true))->

     

    Add article > add article.

     

    Simple

     

    But if i edit manually.. i could edit it.

     

    All article ID is 3 thats show.. but in the real i could edit all of them correctly:

    admin/plugin/knowledgebase/admin_main/editarticle/3/

     

    change to

    admin/plugin/knowledgebase/admin_main/editarticle/6/

     

    example.. so have to fix this issue i think.,

    what i have in my note lists for client area , a widget that will show the new or last announcement , with some settng to select how mush days the announcement shold be appear in client side .

    a popup windows can't be done now , until the v3.3 is realsed to benefict from preaction.structure event.

    any other suggestion i'm open to it .

     

    Any server status plugin could be good.. Just uptime monitor or anything via uptimerobot API? Or is this will be more complex?

    we are working in the module , we will try to release it after blesta v 3.3 will be out .

    Will be the best thing! Because.. best alternative of solusVM. I mean if your clients use your blesta system then proxmox module. If you not acces direct acces , the best is proxmox.

     

    Keep up the good work

  25. Interworx Reseller Login Link... Invalid

    Hopefully now my interworx create the reseller plans. But..

     

    When i create the reseller plan for the user its create.. so its okay.

     

    But if he click to the login button he got this link:

    https://s1.mydomain.eu:2443/siteworx/index?action=login

     

    Actually why not login to this link?

    https://s1.mydomain.eu:2443/nodeworx/index?action=login

     

    Theese are reseller plans , so why want to login to siteworx , and not nodeworx?
