I'd love to be able to prefill some of the ticket form fields such as the e-mail and the summary field. I want to do this via a link such as blesta.com/client/plugin/support_manager/client_tickets/add/3/?email=myemail@blwh.com. It'd be helpful for integrated websites. Anyone else? *hope I did this correctly lol
