Hi, A client had 2 domain names which were same but their extensions were different eg. abc.biz and abc.co.in. An invoice was created by blesta for abc.biz and client paid that online but blesta renewed abc.co.in, why ??? The invoice clearly shows the domain abc.biz and when I check renewal logs there is entry only for abc.co.in and not abc.biz. Both domains have different expiry dates also. Why that happened ?? Hi, I did the query and for now all seems fine. I added a new service after the query and in that blesta created the invoice in USD and then I added hosting for which blesta also added the line in invoice in USD instead of INR. I want blesta to convert USD to INR for domains and create domains in INR only. The domain I added and then hosting I added for both the invoice got created in USD. How to make sure that blesta charges in INR no matter the source, if source currency is USD then it should convert to INR and then create invoice in INR, How to do that ??? Thanks.

Hi, No thats not what I want. I want domain packages to be in USD, no matter what is the currency of client. So Blesta converts USD to client's currency when creating invoices. This is what I want to achieve. Secondly I manually changed pricing id for some domains for testing and it is showing changed I did the following query: 59 is Old INR 69 is New USD I want to use. --- UPDATE services SET `pricing_id` = '69', `override_price` = NULL , `override_currency` = NULL WHERE `pricing_id` = '59'; --- Do I need to take care of anything else after running this query ??? Hi, I ported from WHMCS to Blesta, hence all the things got imported as they were in WHMCS which were wrong anyways. I liked belsta due to the fact that I could specify domain pricing in $$ and it would convert the prices for users in their selected currency (in my case USD to INR). But as I had imported from WHMCS, Blesta is still billing clients in INR which were specified in INR value in WHMCS. I want to apply USD prices to clients, how do I do that ?? Please help me with it, its urgent and I am facing loses due to this. Thanks.

Hi, No client's default currency is INR, but he wants to pay via PayPal in which USD is enabled and there is no INR option. Thats why its not showing up for the client becuase client's all billing is being done in INR but PayPal is USD. Blesta cannot convert INR to USD for payment processing ??? Thanks.

Hi, I have enabled normal Paypal payment gateway and selected the USD currency. But for clients with INR currency the paypal payment option is not coming. Most of my clients pay with Paypal. How to do ? Thanks.

combining is not that important as you can always tell the total and tKe payment and add it as a credit and apply the credit to invoices. splitting is more important.

But how will blesta know what i have copied and will it change / update the service's date and run the module of it to renew ?? no it won't. I will be just creating and updating a fake invoice.

there is no wrong in that. you're exaggerating.

you don't understand. it not about brands or cars or copying features. it's about ease. secondly relating to your car example: whmcs is making car, blesta is making car so why blesta is not putting all the features in the car like whmcs is putting ?? maybe everyone doesn't need cruise control but some want it. also this adamant behaviour has to go. software is made for people. people are not made for software. if you won't do it someone else will do it and people who came from whmcs to blesta will go away from blesta to that other one.

I am not comparing. just saying that if they can do it blesta can do it better. but just do it already. anyways these are so basic features that a business requires them. not having them in the software just means that it's gonna be a problem for the admin as then all that left is workarounds.

either it should be 100% automated or 100% manual. ha!

that is also problematic as people very rarely renew services at my place and i will end up voiding so many invoices. aargh.
