  2. Sorry to take so long getting back to you. No the CLI install did not work either and tried to install via browser today and captured the following error: [28-Mar-2017 21:31:06 UTC] PHP Fatal error: The file /home/xxx/public_html/services/app/models/license.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.4 and cannot run under PHP 7.0. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.6. in Unknown on line 0 The version of Blesta I downloaded was the 4.0 link from the downloads page via client area. Hope this helps.
  3. Error reporting is on and nothing reported probably since the installer failed to even "begin" the install. Thanks for the input, going for a command lone installation.
  4. VPS running Centros 7.3 x86_64 Virtuozzo WHM 62.0 (build 17) After a long frustrating day dxing this I'm going to use Terminl to get this installed and fired up. Thanks for the input and have a great week

  7. I'm trying to do a fresh install of 4.0, passed minimum/recommended requirements and after adding database, user and pass info click install but only get a blank white page. I have ionCube installed as well. I am using a mac or ipad for installation, could this be part of it? Any and all input greatly appreciated.

  9. Yes, I have to say Blesta is for you. I run a small creative agency that builds websites along with other artistic oddities but our main focus is on music production, this being said I also operate a web hosting service for clients and others needing dependable space. Blesta is great for creatives who need to integrate this type of software into their business model - solid software, great support and easy UX.
  10. We demand a telephone number upon signup for dedicated and shared, will also ask for a scanned ID for dedicated purchases. There are just too many fraudsters doing the host hop to not pay attention.

I am trying to increase the font size on the default invoice page by increasing values on the default_invoice_pdf.php file but the online invoice does not change - could someone please tell me what file to edit for this? Also, the navigation typeface used for the client account area (see image below) I would like to change - could some also point me in the right direction for this? Running Blesta 3.3.0 Thanks for the support!

  14. Yea that works for an existing Client logged into their acct. New Clients paying at Checkout do not have the Payment Option to use a credit card. It only shows Paypal and Offline Payments. See attached screen grab. Any other ideas?? Thanks.

  16. I have enabled Stripe Payment Gateway to process credit card payments, set up info on Stripe and entered the Test Keys in Blesta. I also have Credit Cards checked in the Company > Accepted Payment Types. However, on the Blesta Check Out page, Stripe is not displaying as a payment option, just Paypal and Offline Payments. Any ideas??? Thanks for any and all info.

  18. Unfortunately, that did not work. Still getting the 4 decimal places on email. Everything is great in the software. Here is the line of code I entered in the Package Welcome Email. 
Package Price: {pricing.price | currency_format invoice.currency}

  19. Ok, thanks so much for responding. At least I know how it works. Do you know anything about the two extra zeros on the pricing on the New Account Activation email? An example is in my first post. Thanks again for your help.
  20. Yes under Billing>Orders all of the orders are flagged as Pending, but they do not appear in Clients Accounts as Pending. Once I Activate or Approve they appear in Client's Accounts as Active. Anyway to have them appear in Client's Account as Pending?

  22. Using the Universal Module, when a Client purchases and pays for a Package, it is not listed in the Services Section in the Client's Account. What am I missing or is this how it is suppose to work? When the new account information email is sent there are two extra 00's on any pricing, see attached file. The internal company email notification from the Universal Module generates the %debug% Array output. If we remove the %debug% from the email notification, either nothing is generated or an "oh noes". Could we get some guidance on how to set this up? Please see attached output image below. Thanks for the support.
