    Paypal Not Auto Billing

The invoic e is still generated automatically,. right? Can't they log in once per month and manually pay with paypal?
  4. When I changed the Blesta generated user name and password to the user's old cpanel user name and password the stats began to show up. I have no way of knowing if changing only the user name would have worked because I changed both. And it worked. So I suppose the next time this comes up we can try to change only the Blesta generated user name. If the stats show up then we know changing the cpanel pass is not necessary.
  5. I am manually creating accounts. These were cpanel accounts that I had before Blesta. Blesta wants to assign a user name and password.... but if you enter the existing user name and pass, or change the Blesta user name and pass to the old user name and and pass the stats will show up in the user's blesta control panel.

    Paypal Not Auto Billing

OK, so how do i make the billing automatically reoccur with paypal as the only form of payment?
  7. Make sure that "human verification" is checked on the order form. This could be easily overlooked if you first created the order form and then added the "Are You Human" feature days or weeks latter. This must be done to each order form that you want the "areyouhuman" "human verification" feature to work.

    Paypal Not Auto Billing

Checked my settings against yours and they are the same. They can pay on the order form or during check out. The problem is they can't add paypal as a form of payment in their user control panel. They can't add any form of payment bacause i have the others turned off. I am only accepting paypal
  10. I found the problem. When manually creating a pre-existing user that already has a cpanel account make sure that you use the exact same user name and password that was used to create the cpanel account. In other words, Blesta logs in as the user so you must use their cpanel user name and password to make the connectin. Blesta wants to automatically fill these values in. When Blesta does fill them in just change them to the existing user's cpanel name and pass. The stats will then show up in the users account and the connection between the new blesta account and the existing cpanel account will be made. This is a small detail but important nonetheless. I'm suprised that this connection is made using only the uers cpanel name and pass. Could this be a security issue? I don't know. Maybe someone at Blesta can fill us in. wow. Hope this helps others out there when migrating their existing cpanel users.

    Paypal Not Auto Billing

Users can't pay with paypal in their control panel. This is the problem. The option does not exist nor does it let them setup auto billing, nor does the system set up recurring paypal

    Paypal Not Auto Billing

Thanks. I had it enabled in paypal, but I set the URL to the main domain. I guess I did not know what this was when i set up paypal. I set it to: https://wfitg.com/my-install-folder/billing/callback/gw/paypal_payments_standard/ Does that look right?

    Paypal Not Auto Billing

Got the API loaded and saved. Don't see a place on the form for the IPS. I'm using the standard Paypal plugin, not the Flow version.
  15. I have no payments installed except Paypal . The mechant and non-merchant is turned off and unticked. Any suggestions anyone?
  16. Statistics are not showing up in the user's control panel. The error is "Account does not exist". The package in cpanel and the user account's package match. Any suggestions anyone?
  17. I did un tick the cpanel module to not provision, yesterday. I tried it today and it works fine. Sorry for the trouble. I will make this solved.
  18. anyone know how to add accounts manually when their domain is already registered?
  19. I have a few cpanel users that I want to add to Blesta. Their domain and cpanel already exist. Blesta has a feature to "not provision". However, Blesta is requiering a valid domain name be added to the account before the new account can be created. When entering their domain name Blesta then gives an error that the domain already exists in the apache config. I want to create a matching blesta account for the users that already exist. The import plugin does me no good. How can I set up their account without provisioning the server and using their existing domain name?
  20. From the AreYouHuman ERROR LOG [09-Aug-2014 20:45:02 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class 'Loader' not found in /home/wfitg/public_html/backend/helpers/areyouahuman/areyouahuman.php on line 2
  21. I did, and i watched the video at your link. I re-checked the settings in Blesta, and I even deleted the keys and re-pasted them. Still not working. When I click the register button at the bottom of the form it only shows a password error at the top because I did not fill out the form. So I registered a dummy account and it still did not work. I used AreYouHuman request form to have them add Blesta to their list. Not sure how much weight that will have with them, though.
  22. No worries Your suggetion put me on the right trail to find it. Nonetheless, i could not get it to work. I entered the keys they provide in the AreYouHuman control panel, but the catpcha does not show up on the Blesta registration form --or anywhere for that matter.
