  1. 5.3.6 I just wanted to note -- It's a bit rough when a company wants to make the jump to using Blesta when it completely folds importing the old information in its' entirety. I understand that it's a bit hard to transpose information and it does take time to get it working to its' full extent, but It's definitely something that would hold me back from making the jump from WHMCS to Blesta.
  2. Finally had a chance to check -- Seems the most recent version still doesn't migrate the information. Will be pushing a request for it, since that's holding me back from making the jump from WHMCS to Blesta -- That and a few issues with trying to migrate pricing from packages.
  3. Hey, I'm finding that when running an import of the WHMCS database, it's not moving the solusvm data into the SolusVM module appropriately. I'm also finding it's not translating the pricing appropriately either -- It's simply inserting all packages at the pricing of $0.00. Thanks.
  4. Agreed. Should be something that should take advantage of the 'DRY' principle, and avoid reinventing the wheel per plugin.
  5. Hey, An idea that I came across that would be quite useful for preventing automated robots and spam drones from submitting spam tickets would be to create an option to enable human verification at time of ticket submission. This would reduce the number of spam tickets tenfold by preventing them from being able to submit without verifying the captcha. Thanks.
  6. Hey CubicWebs, I tested this with the trial version last night just to see how it would fare out. It seems that it doesn't import the information from WHMCS into the Support ticket system. Same with the SolusVM information, of which simply is inserted into the custom module data instead. As for support tickets on the client area, is there also a way to enable captcha?
  7. Hey, Before I make the change over and purchase Blesta, I am wondering if there's an easy way to import SolusVM and Support ticket data from WHMCS? Thanks again
