Im glad Im not the only one.

I spoke with Paul about this. He said that Blesta did not develop the Fraudlabs Pro module so we would need to contact the developer. I asked Fraudlabs Pro support and they didn't develop it either. I checked out the code base and there was no tags left behind.

    Anybody know who developed it?

    Thanks,

    Cam

Are you sure that's the case @Paul ? The label on the Order System saying otherwise as there is no other modules involved for the anti fraud. It shipped with the stock's Order System Plugin.

Blesta Addons you are 100% right, not sure why they are not listening to us but they should. Is no way a small or big company can provide a good service with all these limitations impose by blesta. Not upgrading, fixing their domain management system and other really important things will make blesta not suitable for a hosting provider company. Is sad but they are forcing us to find other software that can perform this job in a better way.

Absolutely Blesta is at this point even could cost you if your not careful. :(

I will try to hold on but if I don't see improvements with this and that extra potential costs that this billing platform will eventually place for one of their integrations sorted out I too will has to consider other options. :(

If im not mistaken, upon creating a plan you can choose the server pool and next select if it's a reseller or user.

edit: that's the directadmin settings, i think it'll be the same for cpanel -> http://prntscr.com/i8cf8p

That should be similar but only with a dropdown and I think in Cpanel's case it "standard" or "reseller".

The lack of clear documentation in Blesta is killing me. I saw some write up on it in the blesta docs site...but its not clear at all.

I don't blame you, especially for the requirements of payment gateways killed me. Certain ones like Stripe requires SAQ D compliance but none of that is stated on the Blesta module's requirements.

I have a master reseller i created reseller packages with WHMAMP  i am using whmcs, can i sell reseller and shared packages through blesta or do i need a module not sure.

You should be able to via the Cpanel Module as they do allow you to configure the module as either "reseller" or "standard". For each package you create in Blesta using that module.

    Hi all,

I need to hire someone to make a simple header/footer integration between my Wordpress website and my Blesta.

Is anyone here on the forum that makes the service? Also can anyone recommend me a company that you had previous experience with?

    Thanks

I know @GosuHost does this very well as they did well for my integration  https://www.humanehosting.com . They can of course offer the more basic header and footer one your after.

I don't understand, I have mine configured to check on all orders and customer signups.
Do you have yours configured to check on customer sign ups only?
I'm afraid that would open up a security loophole as clients could place an order after their first order.

    Thanks,

    Cam

Yes that is correct both sign ups and orders. So that that every purchase they make on my site are screened thus there are no "loop holes" in that regards. But one has to understand that these tools only LIMIT illegal activities as it impossible to get 100% of your orders to be "genuine".

    Hello,

I am using Fraudlabs Pro for fraud prevention on my Blesta install.
I noticed, on each order I receive I get at least 3 email's (Usually more) from FLP saying I have a transaction pending review.
In turn, all of my Fraudlabs Pro credits (Free plan 500 credits) get eaten up with only 100-125 order's.

Has anyone else noticed this or does anyone know of a fix?

    Thanks,

    Cam

I haven't at least this time. Every purchase (because I have it configured to do this like that) it only uses one credit each.

I'm using the default cpanel plugin and works ok with 2 servers. But one has connected ok but not showing Packages.

When adding a package, Selecting that server shows empty on packages. But the API is added ok and I can connect to the server from blesta using API as well.

What might be the issue for this scenario? Thanks

This is very strange as I am running a VPS just fine. As BlestaAddons said make sure that the packages actually exists in WHM and if you haven't done it for any be sure that your using tokens instead of the hashing.

I recommend @GosuHost Mike does my CMS for me.

Double that for me check out his works with my site and the customization to the stock's domain module. :)

https://humanehosting.com (he did some work at the top but the footer is where he did most of the work)

    And the domain part... https://humanehosting.com/order/config/preconfig/domains

He did all of this at a very much affordable price even for my budget. :)

We use Stripe, so client payment data isn't stored on our server.

Unless you customized the stock's gateway module It is just not all of it. Last 4, expiration date, and card types are all stored by Blesta. So you better be PCI compliance SAQ D as per details on Stripe's docs. Or discontinue and destroy these records ASAP!

When clients pay their bill, it would better for all concerned if the "Save Account" checkbox was enabled by default.

    I am on page /client/pay/method/79

Lacking this change in default setting, it would be good if we could set this default in /config/blesta.php

Lacking this option, it would be good to know where to change it in source file.

BTW: I tried creating this topic on https://requests.blesta.com/ the site wouldn't let me register an account. I kept getting invalid CAPTCHA

Personally having it ticked "on" by default is kinda not trustworthy to me. Not everyone wants their data stored on your server (and for good reasons).

If I went to a company that does insist on this or forces this then I wouldn't be willing to do business with said business. It like forcing Paypal subscriptions.

I moved Blesta to a new domain (same cPanel server), everything seems fine except when I edit client 45 via /admin/clients/edit/45, the first & last name is replaced with client #1's information.

The address is Client 45's address, payment method shows client 45's information

    I am on version  4.2.1

    Any ideas?

Jim's name gets changed to "John"

    image.png.d41372bb6bf015d477e525436d5951c6.png

That is awkward. But in the meantime if that all it is I would just try to manually change those only two back.

It's quite rare, If I enter the license without re-issuing, it always gives me the same error, That my license is not valid for the location of the installation. But I haven't moved my installation to another location.

But if happening daily for you and it has to be reissued there a problem somewhere or somehow.

I want to add my case here too, Since Monday I get the same error every day. My license is owned, purchased in BlestaStore, every day I log on to the Blesta admin panel I have to re-issue the license and enter it again in order to log on to the admin panel.

    Screen_Shot_2018_01_18_at_3_45_14_PM.png

Err that not too good, I gotten the license re validated once and they said that normal as long as it validated successfully. But so far no drops for now that is...

Thank you BlestaStore and GosuHost for your offers of help but I think  I can see what's happened and feel kinda stupid for not realizing this sooner.  I believe that the error was related to the cron job which was using the old path to php  (/usr/local/bin/php) and that would have used PHP 5.6 since after the upgrade was set as the default PHP version. When I changed the path to be /usr/local/bin/ea-php71 it doesn't look like the error is repeating.

    Thanks again!

Trust me your not the only one. One time I forgot that every single directory was pointed at /home2 instead of /home ... :(
