Picking a fight with a prospective customer is not the way to gain business I've found. Sounds like if this is the type of communication that Blesta promotes via it's moderation team/distributors, I see that I'm unwelcome here.
Too bad, Blesta looks like a great product, however I'm all about customer service and communication and I've never had a problem with the service or communication given from WHMCS.
I'm sure it won't really matter to you guys though since I'm only 1 of many customers, but you've lost one here.
