Just wanted to follow-up: Mujahed/ModulesBakery was able to help me with #2 and did a great job all around. Would definitely recommend ModulesBakery if you are looking for a developer.

Thanks; I'll ping those people (I contacted one already through their site though; no response).
Re. the paypal module, I think that's Paypal Payment Pro/Payflow, Website Payments Pro differs from PayPal Payments Pro (https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/paypal-payments-pro/integration-guide/WPWebsitePaymentsPro/#id0d434473-8817-4a4e-822a-bb23730a17e7).

Hi,
we're looking for a blesta developer to migrate two WHMCS modules to Blesta. We have the source code for the two modules as we had them developed.
#1 - paypal website payments pro module with tax separately sent to paypal and fees being recorded in blesta
(the whmcs module is tiny < 500 lines)
#2 - cerberusweb integration for client side only
http://www.cerbweb.com/book/latest/developer_guide/rest_api/index.html
basically the client should be able to:
1 - list, sort and search tickets
2 - create and close tickets
3 - tickets are tied to a specific queue (billing, support, etc) and can have a priority set by the user
4 - active packages for the user are added as a comment in cerberus (there's an API call for that)
5 - give suggestions from KB while typing (either cerberus KB or blesta KB)
#2 is the main think we are after, and as I said, there is existing (not so great) code.
If you have time and are able to do this, please send me a message and we'll go from there.
The paypal module we'll contribute back right away, the cerberus one we will eventually make available.
This is a paid gig.
thanks!

@ModulesBakery, thanks!
Adam, drop me a note at the email address provided. Re. cerb7, I didn't see any API changes when I took a quick look at the changelog, so though I haven't tested out 7 yet, I don't think there will be an issue.
