  1. It disappeared after Blesta updated. is there a way to make it stay?
  2. Thank you. It requires a script in the header and a script in the body (I placed inline in the footer).
  3. I would like to display an SSL logo issued by my certificate company on the Customer Portal Page. Currently I can only see a space for Company Logo in the Theme configuration page. Is there a way to add the SSL logo to the theme? Thanks
  4. Just wondering what is going on with this. I really want to see SSL in the namecheap module.
  5. Is there any updates on when this will be available?
  6. Unfortunately I don't have access to that file being on a shared server.
  7. Ok, I did a manual install, imported 2.5.4 data, then imported the installation into Softaculous. So How can I fix this issue?
  8. SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away on line 124 in /home/(server)/public_html/blesta/lib/model.php I am trying to configure the namecheap module. I chatted with Namecheap and they confirm I am configured to allow API access. The rest of Blesta seems to be running normally.
  9. suPHP is a dead project. It has even been removed from testing and future Debian repositories. Just an FYI. I ran into this issue installing ISPconfig3.
  10. My webhost just confirmed the server DOES meet all the requirements.
  11. OK, I backed up my database, I moved my existing installation to a new folder, I went in and entered all the new settings for the Softaculous script, but then when it begins installing.... it makes it to 10 - 12% and says... The following errors were found : Installation Failed ??????
  12. What about the 2.5.4 database? Will that be "safe" to leave? I can enter those settings when I install via Softaculous, but will they be compatible? Or do I start will a whole new DB too? Obviously I will back it up first anyway. Thanks.
  13. I (like many of you most likely) installed Blesta manually. (Currently running 2.5.4) Now that it is available on Softaculous, I would like to use that method since it is much easier to stay up do date. I tried following the migration directions. They start with a new install, but it doesn't tell me how to prepare my existing one. First off I would like to install the new version exactly where the old one is. I don't see anywhere to force a backup so I set it to every hour and I figure I'll start on it after I see a backup appear in the folder. Secondly, I really would like to avoid having to lose time going through and reconfiguring the entire system again, so I'm hoping this can be done using my existing data (logos, settings, customers, pacakges, etc) Is there a more specific walkthrough I should be reading? Thanks.
