[Merge Two Client Accounts Into One?]

Is it possible to merge two client accounts into a single account, either one of the two existing, or create a third one to contain the previous two?

 

Use case I'm concerned about is where someone places an order, and in doing so creates an account - then later places another order (perhaps with a different email address) and instead of logging in, creates a second account - then realizes this and wants to consolidate them.

Is there an option to require confirmation of the client's email on their first order or on account creation?

 

Something like:

 

Client hits submit

Display a page saying "Check your inbox, we need to verify your email adress"

Send a confirmation email with a confirmation link to the client

Client clicks the link

Order gets submitted into the system

Blesta supports SMTP so if you using that you should be fine, but there's so special plugin for MailGun or Mandrill etc, but you could open a feature request for this.

 

 

MailGun and Mandrill both support SMTP.
