  1. thanks Tyson. I didn't see the option (It was a drop down that wasn't dropped)
  2. Hi, I am entering past invoices from WHMCS and want to know if there a way of recording historic invoices with a past paid date? I can enter date billed and date due when I create an invoice, but I cannot enter the date it was paid as it defaults to the current date. thanks
  3. Another thing I have just noticed is that if multiple packages are used and their respective TLD's are selected on the Domain Order form, the default currencies can all vary depending on the order of the terms set out in the package. This is messy and I would expect them all to be in the same currency. Notice on the screen shot how some domains are in ZAR and others are in GBP. Both are available from the drop downs. https://www.diigo.com/item/image/4n1t/6ygr
  4. The domains available are displayed in TLD checkboxes under the domain order form search box. If you disable these TLD's in the package (inactive or active) it has a direct effect on the checkboxes displayed on the forms. If you have no checkboxes, you cannot search for a domain. It seems the active / inactive dropdown has no effect, only the checkboxes for TLD's decide what you get on the form. Expected behaviour for me would be only to see TLD's on the domain form or find a domain if a domain package was active and TLD's are selected.
  5. It would be in line with the other order forms and clients would normally like to be billed in their own currency.
  6. Yep, I get the same behaviour. I would it expect not to see the choice to search for inactive services, rather than search and then return to the check domain page.
  7. Can someone confirm a possible bug? I have a couple of domain packages with various TLD's. When I select inactive for these packages the packages are still available from the domain order form. I would expect them not to be available
  8. Thanks for the suggestion. I still get the message "The term could not be removed because it is used by one or more services." There are 2 clients still referencing the cancelled packages which I guess is locking out any change to the package.
  9. Take this scenario and it is what happened to me. I create some terms for different currencies for a package. I then add allocate the package to the clients. Later I decide I would like to use multi currency as I no longer want to update exchange rates, so I now need to delete all the terms except one, but I can't delete any that have been used, so I end up not being able to use multi currency. The only way I can see around this is to make the package inactive (possible bug: with domains the package I noticed was still active until I unchecked the TLD's) and create a new package.
  10. No news from the guys across the pond yet?
  11. OK thanks for your help looking at this
  12. That sucks. For me that's the one place where I need to use the mult-currency. Any idea how I can change that?
  13. Good idea. I was, but just tried after logging out and it's the same. I also tried different templates, but it still only shows dollar prices.
  14. Yep, thats what I've got. As I say it is working with another package (cPanel) OK, it's just domains
  15. Yeah sorry, I probably could have worded it better. The domain package has 1 term which is 1 year $12 USD. I would like the rates for the other currencies to display or at least the clients prefered currency to display on the order form. So the $12 would convert for EUR, GBP and ZAR as per current rates. Yes I have Allow Client to Set Currency checked and I have all three currencies checked at the bottom of the order page.
  16. I use a base currency of ZAR, but I want to base most of domain prices on USD as it is what they are purchased in. The Rand (ZAR) can move up and down a lot and I could be way out of line if I don't keep a check on the exchange rate. Testing this setup with a cPanel package works well. The package prices convert from USD to whatever currency I use. When I create an Order form for domains I only get USD and not a choice of any other currencies. I am entering just the USD as a domain price and nothing else and expect the others to convert. The currency settings have use package pricing off, the default currency is ZAR. This is a shot of the domain order form thanks
  17. I am OK with phpmyadmin, but reluctant to alter the tables directly without knowing the structure better. I can live with it for now by working around, but it feels a little messy. While I can understand it needs a lock when there is an active use of the term, once the term is not in use or even the package is not used shouldn't you be able to delete it. I imaging others may have this problem in the future and the solution seems a little out of the reach of most users. Is there reason for a bug report here or could it be a feature request? Thanks for your help with this.
  18. I created some terms (prices) for a .com domain package. I wanted to use ZAR, EUR and GBP. After the creation I tested them out on one of the clients. Now I am removing the term from the package and I get an error: With this I cancelled the related serice on the client, but the message persists for one particular term. Is there a way removing terms once you have used it in a service?
  19. thanks for the reply The internet.bs module looks promising. With the zadomains, I have asked them (zadomains) and they are not interested unfortunately. I am willing to have a crack at writing the module, but I wouldn't know where to start. Is there some info / help I could get. I'll wait for the namecheap SSL cert to come through. Is there a place to vote for this?
  20. Hi, After using WHCMS for a few years now and never really liking it, I am now considering migrating to Blesta. I wanted to run some questions by you regarding modules. Currently I have a need for: Internet.bs - domain reseller zadomains.co.za - domain reseller namecheap - SSL cert reseller Can you tell me if these are supported or if there is any process of getting the modules developed? I am doubting you will have the zadomains. They do have an API published though, but I am not a developed (well not for a very long time). If this is a difficult path do you know of any providers that would support ZA domains (South Africa) which a module is available for Blesta? Really like the way things are going with Blesta. Many thanks.
