Nahh. i'll waiting for it too. especially Blesta.
on my country [ Indonesia ], most all of hosting use WH*CS (as known as mainstream billing).
It will should be Blesta article, exactly like how to order a ssl, how to create ticket, etc.

Attachments are supported, please ensure that your uploads directory is set and is writable. Settings > System > General > Basic Setup > Uploads Directory. This directory must be writable by your web server, cron user, and email server user. Also, ensure that you have the following directories inside the upload directory

A link to any/all attachments will appear in the ticket for the reply they were attached to. Attachments are not however emailed out to staff or clients, but only downloadable in the UI. This is due to the potentially sensitive nature of attachments. But attachments can be emailed in.

But mine still error. btw, how about the perms ? 777 / 755 / 644 ?

Have you got the correct folder permissions.
The upload folder must be 777, set-up in settings > system > general
There should be a 1 folder and inside that a support_manager_ something
still error sir.

i've just wondering. how about blesta license verifier?
I see neighbour script (WH**S) use license verify system on http://www.wh**s.com/members/verifydomain.php
(Their tool allows you to check if a domain is authorized to be running WH**S. )
How about blesta ? did blesta have the system too ?
Please make a php page like them on blesta.com . So the nulled script can be caught and banned from internet :v

That sounds like it could be anything, from PayPal, to calling home to license the software. I would highly recommend you move hosts, because I've not ever ever heard of a host blocking outgoing connections, never in my entire time in the industry from 2008.

I use different hosting to set which use blesta (as clientarea) and which use main page.

Yes it is just a theme but with a mobile UI, and it would be much easier to do the basic tasks on your mobile using a mobile UI from replying to tickets to accepting orders ...etc than using the default admin area theme which isn't responsive, we're planning on adding more features to it.
Maybe cradle means an .apk for android right ? or .ipa for iphone right?

As Mike mentioned, completely separate. You could have the support manager installed on one company, but not another. You could have staff be able to access support for 1 company but not another, or both, or have different roles and permissions in each company.
There have been a couple requests for the ability for support to see all tickets across all companies in a single view, and it's something we are considering as an option.
How about the URL of multiple company?
I mean one hostname for multiple company? or can add multiple hostname(domain) ?

just reload url where you had error
i got this 1st problem, maybe because my host have low memory. So can't executed long time script like add a service on blesta. And i moved the client area to another host = working 100%.
And 2nd problem is parser, i should create the welcome email from the text into html.
btw this problem is solved. thanks anyone who helped me

Make sure you have set-up the cpanel module correctly.
Like the hostname, username, and remote key.
Don't forget to check SSL

or they have a resource monitor like(cloudlinux for mysql) to kill any query that use a lot of time/ressource .
Maybe the problems come from the memory limit.
I just have Virtual Memory Usage = 512 MB
and Physical Memory Usage = 256 MB

And after click a button of " add service "
Oh noes mySQL server has gone away !
what is it?
when i check the clients email.it didn't send a confirmation cpanel and the receipt.
BUT the WHM have created the cpanel user
Anyone have experience with this ?
