Fresh Roasted Hosting

We've got a client on Bleta whose getting this error message every time his cron job runs: <div class="program_error"> <h3>Oh noes!</h3> <div class="contents"> <p>Undefined variable: argv on line <strong>24</strong> in <strong>/home/bluedolp/public_html/blesta/index.php</strong></p> Any ideas as to how we can troubleshoot this? Thanks!

Turns out that it was a reseller permissions issue. Thanks all for the help

Hi Paul, Thanks for the reply! I've checked all of that and it appears to be fine - hostname is the main server hostname, use SSL is checked, both ports are opened (the site is hosted on the same server that it is trying to connect to), and curl SSL is enabled. Also, I've confirmed the DNS is all fine. Any other ideas as to how we can troubleshoot this?

Hi all, We're trying to assist a client add a cPanel server to his new Blesta installation (the server his site is actually hosted on). When trying to add it, we get the following error message: I can confirm that the hostname, username, and remote key are in fact correct. Any ideas as to how we can troubleshoot? Thanks!
