Password change/reset didnt work. I updated the client's cPanel password under cPanel Options of Client's Manage Service Page, and it didnt work. We have to do it manually every time we have to change a client's password.

Here is the scenario: On the CLIENTS PAGE> SERVICES SECTION1. I clicked Manage first service
2. Redirected to CLIENT>MANAGE SERVICE PAGE
Down at the cPANEL OPTIONS
-enter a new password.
-Clicked save
-*No error msg encountered
3. Back to CLIENTS PAGE> SERVICES SECTION
-Click Login -will redirect you to cPanel but it says login is invalid.
