Hi, I find the correct place to translate/change the name of the menus, except for those items: - Support -> Tickets -> Knowledge Base In the language files of the support_manager plugin, I can't find those strings.. Thanks.

Hi everyone, Our Blesta install is running perfectly, however the auto provision don't work and I can't find out why. The solusvm module is working, since I can see the templates while ordering. But, even with the cron job up and running, and the option to auto provision pending services enabled, the system don't create the account in the server. Also, I didnt find a way on how to do that manually (a button to force the creation of the account on the solusvm server). Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
