To be more specific I want to modify the values of the field params before they are rendered out on the page.

Hopefully a pretty simple question. I would like to customize /plugins/order/views/templates/ajax/config_packageoptions.pdt but I'm unfamiliar with this framework. What is the appropriate way I can override that template without hacking core Blesta? Thanks!
