  1. Thank you all. The use is that I want to have a progress bar for some projects that customer demand. I can not have it on a bar so i decided to make in in support and department. For example, if I receive new shipment for customer A, there is no progress bar to show him that a shipment is in stock. So I would create a department so I move tickets in if something new or updates. 

  2. Yes but I meant I need to create a department and it is shown where clients can not open a new ticket but reply only if admin creates a ticket.

    For example, for claims, the admins open tickets to discuss with clients, clients are not allowed to open ticket but can only reply to the tickets that admin has opened.

  3. It is "Cron" and it means you haven't set-up the cron job Settings > System > Automation > you need that command, and depending if you use Linux on it's own, or use a control panel the way you do it varies.

     

    cPanel you use /usr/local/bin/php

     

    InterWorx you keep it the same.

     

    And some others have other changes.

     

    I have followed Settings > System > Automation >  and then? I found some are enabled and others are disabled but did not find anything called core?

  4. First let me be honest with you i do not know what core means neither what it does?

    However, when i logged in to my panel today, it was saying in yellow: 

    Core has not been working for the last 24 hours. There are issues that might negativly affect on the performance and must be addressed soon.

    Your updates will be good untill Jan 16 2016? >?

  5. Hello - I have installed a paypal standard payment and got a payment of a 1$ from a client. However, I Received the payment 0.67$ - there were a deduction of 0.33 that paypal took! WHAT!

     

    I am small site providing multi small services!

     

  6. My cloudflare is inactive. Admin tools is not installed. I still have the problem it is weird! I gave my hoster the loging information and he was able to uninstall the plugin! I tried on multiple browsers and different computer too from Chrome and Edge but did not work for me. I can not fix this!

  7. Hello there. 

    My problem is that after I install new things like plugins or gateways, I am unable to uninstall them. Basically, I click on the uninstall button but it does not respond! Does not action!

    Also - is there a plugin or a way that I can make note for my clients! I mean that I can control at once from the control panel to all clients? The note would be shown on their dashboard.

  8. When I go to this: Accepted Payment Types.

    It says: Only the payment types selected are available for processing through gateways, or may be added as payment accounts, even if an active gateway supports the type. Unchecking a type that is already accepted will cause payments of that type to not be processed.

     

    I only have one option available which is: Credit Cards, I want to add paypal here!
