Yes - "Allow Clients to Cancel Services" option is checked. I am logged in as the client. I've done a few tests and basically, if an order has been paid for & provisioned then the client is able to cancel the service. But if it is an order that has not been paid for/not provisioned then there is no way for the client to cancel it.

Problem: Client begins order process, they go through the checkout steps but does not finalize payment, so payment is not made. Client comes back to their blesta client account and the incomplete order shows up as an open/pending order. When client tries to cancel this pending order through ‘Manage>Cancel Options>Immediately>Save’ they receive an warning notice saying ‘System user [username] does not exist!’ So the client is unable to cancel an order which has not been paid for. How can this be fixed? Is there a setting I need to change?

Problem: Client places order, pays for it and comes to their blesta client account after completing payment. The payment is applied the client’s account in the form of a credit. But it is not applied to the order they just completed. The order shows up as a pending order that has not been paid for. If the credit is then manually applied, the order gets completed and provisioned. But obviously this is not a solution. The payment needs to be applied to the corresponding order, not just as a credit to their account. (Note: Payment type is Paypal) ­­­­­­­­­Is there a setting that I need to change? Thanks.

Let me clarify: I installed Blesta. I am using one of the free themes (Flat) and modifying it. All of the following navigational links that show up with the theme do not work: /cart.html /about-us.html /services.html /portfolio.html /terms.html /privacy.html Instead of going to the relevant url page they just redirect back to the homepage. Some of the pages that do work are: /client/login/ /client/login/reset/ /client/plugin/support_manager/knowledgebase/ /order/main/packages/ So I am rather confused. Does Blesta's base install not come with standard static pages such as the ones I've listed above? Is there a list somewhere of what pages are ?

Hi, I am new to using Blesta and am currently testing and trying to get my site with theme set up. I am having problems with nearly all of my front end links and the site's subpage urls (like contact or about us pages) where basically all urls seem to redirect back to the homepage. The only urls's that work are the Login and Password Reset pages. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
