  5. Hello, I noticed that customer's can not see their account number and they can also not see their credit balance in the Client Portal. How can I show the client ID and the client balance to the client's in their portal? Thanks, Larry
  6. Tyson, I haven't changed anything under the 'serialized' column. Those values are as is, as they were. What do you think I need to change to get this working properly? Thanks, Larry UPDATE: I think I got it. I did that I think I understood correctly, was everything that was showing as "N;" I set to "1" in the serialized column, and everything else, I set to "0" in the serialized column and it now is updating in Blesta and showing proper information. One thing, that I noticed that STILL isn't working is the 'graphs' in the 'statistics' area. They are just showing as like placeholder image icons, and there are no graphs showing. Thanks, Larry

  8. Paul, I did that. I put the 3 digit number for the solusvm_vserver_id field and the single digit number for the solusvm_virt_id field and I have also tried switching them around without any success. I have also tried putting them as the same as per my screenshot, and no combonation of numbers seems to work.   9. Yup, tried clearing the cache. I accessed the page in a brand new web browser that I have never used to access that page before, I have already debunked that reason. Using, version 3.0.6 I am not sure what you mean by modified the page, but no, I haven't modified any pages (templates).

The buttons to change pages for the 'Order Forms' do not work, as shown in this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/PjymgLP1d7K When you click on the buttons, the link appears to change in the address bar, however you stay on the same page. I'm using Google Chrome web browser. I can also reproduce in other web browsers, such as IE 10 & FireFox. Thanks, Larry

  12. Hello, I have several customer's whom already had provisioned VPS machines in SolusVM. I setup their VPS machines in Blesta, however no details, no management features, no graphs, etc are available. How can I get their VPS machines to link up with their client accounts? Thanks, Larry
  13. Hello, We have a problem when someone replies to a ticket reply by email, staff or client, it opens a new ticket in the system with their reply, instead of logging to the same ticket. We are using ticket.code instead of ticket.hash in the subject and body of the emails. I'm not sure if that is causing the issue or not, but it shouldn't.   14. Ok, I seem to have gotten it fixed now. I changed the department emails to abuse@atso.co instead of abuse@accountlog.in and it seems to be working now. I think. I will continue testing and will update if I encounter any other issues. Thanks!

  18. Ok, I got it working. I was trying to name them as things like "Square", "Intuit", etc. I have to follow them as offline2, offline3, offline4, etc. Thanks, Larry

  20. Hello, I am using 2 domains here: atso.co & accountlog.in All emails that I use are @atso.co, but forward to the same @accountlog.in, which then is to import into the ticket system. However, if I send an email to abuse@atso.co, it forwards to abuse@accountlog.in but it rejects the import and sends an email back to the sender and it says: Our system received your email, but was unable to process it for one of the following reasons.. 1. The email address you sent the message from does not belong to any of our clients and this department only allows existing clients to open tickets. 2. You replied to a ticket notice, and we are unable to determine what ticket number you are responding to. 3. The department you emailed no longer exists. I DO NOT, have the box checked to allow only clients to create tickets and replies, as this is a department that is open to the general public, but it's rejecting as if I did have that box checked. I have even tried this WITH a client email address (ie, mine) and it still produces the same error message. Anyone have any clue how I can fix this so that it works properly? Thanks, Larry
  21. How can I duplicate the 'Offline Payment' module in Blesta? I have various different 'Offline Payment' options and I want to rename and have different modules for the different options, instead of craming ALL options into 1. Please help! Thanks!
  22. Hello, We would like to have a Gift Card / Gift Certificate module for Blesta. This is something that we would like to see very soon. If someone could write this it would be great. Another thing that we can do if possible would be to modify the card reader that checks the card format and modify it to look for cards that also start with 7xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx or cards that start with 8xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx. (x = a number [0-9]) We have an internal database that will will use to assign these cards numbers, so we really don't need card number generation. I would just like to allow customer to enter in 7xxx and 8xxx cards numbers. How can we modify the card format checker to allow these types of cards number? This can be a temporary solution, until a Gift Card / Gift Certificate module is created. Is anyone interested in making a Gift Card / Gift Certificate module for Blesta? Thanks, Larry
