I've setup some test products with Direct Admin as the service type. Created a order page Created a 100% off coupon Place an order for a new user and shared hosting only Order sits pending in client area Turn on order widget in admin Accept the order Waited 5 mins no order was provisioned Go to client and active order Is there a way to automate this if it passes payment and a fraud checker?

Really simple question, but how do you send an email to staff when a new order is placed? I saw a post from a while ago regarding missing tables in the database but i'm not sure about that. I don't see anything about orders under My info.

Is it possible to import a list of domains and pricing from csv or similar? Maybe there is a way through SQL?
