I have 2 payment gateways set.
- PayPal with USD
- RazorPay with INR
But when I add product with USD currency in cart and proceed to pay with RazorPay it shows, currency not supported. I think maybe same will happen if I try to do INR payment with PayPal.
Isn't there a way for the system to auto convert to gateway's preferred currency before the payment?

I am using control web panel. When the module runs automatically after placing the order/completing the payment, I am getting these DNS records for the domains:
So the hostname is there in the records, not the server IP. Which is resulting in DNS error. I have to edit the entries manually for each account.
In the module setting I have specified the hostname, Should I enter the IP there?
If I enter the IP there, Then I need to edit the email template, because it will show "https://Server-ip:2083" as login link, which will give SSL error to customer which I don't want.
Any fix to this problem?

If clients receives an email regarding their ticket, and they reply to the ticket, should the ticket inside blesta will get updated as well?
I tried doing that, but the ticket didn't got updated.
Is there a way to make this work?
Also tried sending email to support ticket department email to see if a ticket gets created or not, but it didn't.

Not sure, what fixed it, I was trying so many things.
Including "CentOS Web Panel API" part of https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/CentOS+Web+Panel
Then, ran cron again, and everything seems fine now.

Sorry, I am very new to blesta, what exactly I am looking at?
I see module logs, email logs etc. Though, emails were sent only after I ran cron manually (not the service activation mails though, only invoice mails).
I created a Test Hosting Plan with "0" Price to check this. Issues I am having:
1) The invoice email not getting sent automatically, Only gets sent after I run cron manually
2) Service Activation mail does not get sent (Email templates are ok, and specified in Packages)
3) When I try to run module from Clients>Services>Pending>Manage>Activate, it lands on a "503 Service Unavailable" error page, But the account gets created in CWP. but as usual no email is sent to the client.
4) I have set the cron command in CWP to run every 5 minutes, still its showing that it has never run.
5) After manually running cron, it says " There are one or more cron tasks that have been executing for more than 60 minutes"

I am using CWP module.
After successful payment, the service should be activated automatically right?
I see the account getting created inside CWP but, activation email is not being sent to clients. And the services keep showing as "pending"How do I solve this?
