    Subdomain Url

That's what I feared...I've been liking interworx...but there are a few tiny little things that keep popping up that's tempting me to go back to cpanel . Thanks for the help though!

    Subdomain Url

It's working just fine if I go to the login page via mydomain/subdomain/client/login is the strange part (about the 500 error...it's not "really" a 500 error because it's actually still working, just doesn't like the subdomain for some reason). Using Interworx...trying to at least. Error seems to be "Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace." Seems like that error would be caused by an .htaccess error. File looks fine to me, even reuploaded a new one and same result.

    yup, .htaccess is there.

    Subdomain Url

So I installed blesta at subdomain.mydomain.com, and if I go directly there it works just fine. However, for some reason it's still not working on other pages. for example subdomain.mydomain.com/client/login shows a 500 error. Is there something else that needs to be changed that I'm missing? I changed the hostname in the control panel to the subdomain.
  5. I can only hope you aren't talking about his Blesta logs... 3 word answers are generally not very helpful...
  6. When does it go back to blank page, after trying to login? (I can get to your admin login page just fine).
  7. As harsh as it may come accross, cloudrck is 100% right. If you can't poney up for a decent SSL cert (or use StartSSL and get them for free, with awesome security still), or don't know how to get a simple SSL cert to work on your domain...then you need to be learning how to do that. If I go to someone's cart, where I have to input my payment details...and there is not https in that address bar...the site gets closed and I move onto another place that cares about the security of my information. Forcing http when you are offering any type of online service and intentionally not using https simply because you do not want to pay for a non-expensive certificate is definately not the way to start in this industry. Not trying to be rude, just trying to keep you from falling into trouble.
  8. ok, I've fixed it (easy method for now, I might mess with it a bit more later to make it look the way I had it before...but I needed a quick fix ) I've updated my original post with how to go about doing it. I've also uploaded the altered file if you need since I didn't keep the directions on how to alter it to this after having already altered it via my first method. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxf_vG3b8bYQd2FWUjhYSDd4NEU/edit?usp=sharing
  9. ok, it seems I messed something up with this...just had a client say he couldn't register (I swore I checked it and made sure it works) but apparently my fix above makes it so that whenever the form is filled out, it still pops up a message with "Please enter a username". Will post a fix soon, hopefully...
  10. None of my test emails have gone to spam when sent to my gmail accounts. I haven't done a lot of testing on it though, so I'll have to pay a bit more attention to it. Gmail also uses a lot of checks in the email header, mail server/sender, etc to filter spam as well...so it could be the mail delivery setup on your server that is causing the problem as well (just an idea).
  11. We wouldn't want them to get bored and run out of things to do
  12. Lol, neither am I, it's just fun to make fun of Paul from time to time lol
  13. I'd rather have vision support done first...and I've already spoken with them and they are currently trying to figure out where to prioritize it (they already have login integration).
  14. "We haven't set a date"..../setsadate lol
  15. I'm all for IPv6...just wish cpanel would hurry up and release an official version for IPv6 and I'll be set .
  16. gotcha, that makes much more sense (I'm not a network/ip guy...I sorta just wing it when it comes to that , throw some html and css at me and I'll be happy though )
  17. I'll let them know. Though, when you sayd "require details of all your other IP allocations elsewhere", are you saying they want information about other service providers you may use, what IPs you have, other IPs/networks you may have at other datacenters, etc? If so...that is going to throw me off a bit...not sure why any of that would matter for their allocation purposes.
  18. The ability to display it how we want would be nice, as a few people mentioned already. A variable that we can use in templates would be nice (even on the order form..."Buy now and experience our awesome support with an average response in x minutes", etc. As well as settings to make it optional "show to all, show to clients, show to staff"
  19. There are plenty of purposes for staff that don't involve responding to tickets
  20. I like it +1 Though, I think the unlimited should be changed to -1, as what if we have a staff member that we want to not respond to tickets?
  21. I already have, 1/x done! Everyone else, get to it! lol
  22. It's good to hear you've already thought about it! (Though...you'd think they would be the ones creating the module...seems like it would benefit them to be available to more billing systems)
