  1. 115 characters - Like I said it is a joined law office of several lawyers and as I recall law offices are not standard companies. Every lawyer's name is important as they bring in clients and skills...as I said before law offices are differently regulated and standard corporate laws for companies do not apply as I am informed. For example when several lawyers join to make a joint practice they submit a request to "The Council of Competition" which grants ad doesn't grant the merger....again I am no expert on this subject, all I am trying is to say it might be required by law to have all lawyer's name included on the bill.

  5. Hi, I need all payment configmrations for offline payments sent to an email address. I have setup this for adminsitrators and it works. But can not make it work only for offline payment configrmations. What am I missing?
  6. Is there some kind of check I can turn on when creating Invoices which will help me not forget adding amount to Unit cost. This happens since Blesta by default adds an amount of 0.00 and does not give a warning. Sometimes I make 0.00 total invoice and sent it to a client and than it's too late
  7. When is the next period the translation will be updated? I am not translating "For Confirmation" bu in Order. If I use Randomly same string repeat over and over again.
  8. I am getting allot of errors like Invalid term ID for version "3.2.0". It's always with the same strings.
  9. Tyson, if I select random order I always get the same string to translate and it goes on and on like that for days. I really need to translate specific strings in Blesta. This way of translation is not useful at all.

  11. I need to translate string in invoice like Invoice Number, Customer Number, Invoice Date, Due Date. How can I search for these strings?
  12. Please help me understand how can I ASAP get a translation for a language? My translated string are not appearing in the zip file I download. When will the file gonna be updated? And Why can we not search for a string if we find a mistake? I get this message allot but number of strings I translated ?
  13. In ISPConfig I cnaged php settings from php-fpm to mod-php and now I can access invoice - it downloads as pdf. So the problem is not with web server but Blesta's pdf invoice only works with mod-php.

    Pending Invoices

    I created an invoice for a client. It somehow has a Pending status. WhenI login as the client only Open and Closed invoices can be seen. I can not send - deliver via email the invoice since it has Pending status. What is a pending invoice? How can I change it to open? How can I deliver a pending invoice to a client?
  15. In order to fully switch my support system to Blesta I need to have email integration. Client sends an email to support@some-hosting-provider-domain.com and blesta connects to that email account and opens a ticket automatically for that email and makes that email as read. Each new email is a new ticket.

  18. I really need this option when adding a service to a client. I need to manually enter clients and services and must have the ability to provide dates of the services.
  19. I have an issue that involves two clients, would be great to have the ability to add 2 clients to the same ticket.
  20. My customers use the support ticketing in Blesta, and everytime I get an support email there is not link to the ticket itself - therefore I have to manually search it in blesta and than reply. It would be great to have a link to the ticket in the email.
  21. I can not localize Wave....that is the only reason. In general Wave is the easiest thing I ever used...it simply works.
