  1. Fired an email off on the 26th; however had no reply. If anyone else can assist with this we're happy to pay for the development.
  2. However upon import these full administrators lost their departments.
  3. I think if you have people set as Administrators in WHMCS they do not form part of departments. It appears to only non-administrators to departments. I had to add departments to Administrators manually in Blesta for Support to show up.
  4. Really appreciate the progress on this. I know some people think an importer is their entitlement; however, having used competing billing systems importers or got into dialogue with the devs regarding one Blesta has been the best experience so far.

  7. That really wouldn't surprise me. Is there a fix to close all tickets? Couldn't see anything while poking around. I really like the way that Blesta handles transactions. Kudos to you guys for coming up with this importer. I've used or attempted to use importers from competing products and it either required a massive payment for 'custom coding' which I am sure was already done, or an importer that required a significant amount of manual keying and fixing of merged orders.
  8. Our blesta migration completed in a few minutes. Haven't had a chance to check it. The only thing that stands out is all tickets are marked as open and credits are posted today.
  9. Ensure your web server is not overriding PHP's max_execution_time.
  10. We're looking to have a module developed for a panel. The panel has a very clear API structure and has plenty of documentation available. Is this something we can pay the Blesta team to do? We're happy to combine this with a paid bounty to speed up development of the TCADMIN module in addition.
  11. Adding a +1 to this. This is currently a block to us making a migration.
  12. We're ready to move across to Blesta as a matter of urgency. Preferably before WHMCS gets to version 5.3 on security releases alone. Looking forward to progress on a WHMCS importer.
