I was thinking if a customer orders a service and then dedicated IP address for example or a SSL instead of placing a new order how about they go to manage the service and theirs a tab that says add-ons and then have something like You currently have no add-ons for this service to view and order add-ons for your package click here.

baiscy for our non business customers I would maybe want the customer id to start with MC but our business customers MCB then the customer ID
