  1. I think part of the issue is that there is no warning that the .js is not been used and some think that the module is PCI compliant.

    Personally, I didn't know until i ran into this post a couple of months back as i was setting up blesta. at this point to be honest I stopped spending money on further site development and decided to wait for bootstrap and hope to see significant changes with this module + the support module that I am to checkout this weekend

    If it doesn't exist yet, a warning should be made on the module of this or better yet update the module to use the .js to make use of this "loophole" while still open and still make the warning if needed + have the option to use the stripe checkout (https://stripe.com/docs/checkout) which will go trough stripe directly.

    Just my 2 cents

  2. Out of curiosity... when you are using IMAP does your cron log show the following?

    Attempting plugin cron for support_manager poll_tickets.

    -->Output Attempting plugin cron for support_manager poll_tickets

    Not to highjack this post however, with IMAP or POP3 the tickets will not import on my end either if the cron job is ran automatically and it only affects the support tickets import part.

  3. Hi,

    I can confirm this error also.

    Steps taken which gave the same error as OP.

    --> Installed cPanel Module

    --> Added server

    --> Added Server Group

    --> Created a package + Group

    --> Created an order form and added the group to the order form + payment (paypal)

    --> logged out of Blesta (copied the order form link)

    --> Followed the steps to placing an order. including the creation of a new user.

    --> At checkout the OP error appears.

    How did it work was by skipping the 3 step.

    --> Installed cPanel Module

    --> Added server

    --> Added Server Group

    --> Created a package + Group

    --> Created an order form and added the group to the order form + payment (paypal)

    --> logged out of Blesta (copied the order form link)

    --> Followed the steps to placing an order. including the creation of a new user.

    --> At checkout successfully

    -->made payment using the sandbox for Paypal.

  4. I believe this is a bug.  After further heavy testing and trying multiple things this is happening only when the Automatic Cron is ran via cpanel.  I have verified the PHP path and everything is accurate.

    If I run the cron manually from Blesta the tickets are imported perfectly.

    Paul or someone at blesta can you please move this over to the Bug section?

  5. Hi All,

    I have searched around and haven't seen anyone with the following issue so I am not sure if just specific to my install...

    So I have the support plugin installed and configured. Everything works when a ticket is opened and worked through blesta including email confirmations to the support staff + the client.

    However,  If an email gets sent out to the support department, Blesta fails to import the email.

    I am 100% sure that the email settings are accurate and I can confirm that Blesta does attempt to retrieve the email as they are marked as "read".

    I have tried Piping, POP3, and IMAP and same issue.

    I checked the logs and the following cron job gets stuck for hours... unless I disable the plugin and setup from scratch and run the cron again (work around to try different settings).

    As soon as the cron is ran the email gets flagged as read (as mentioned before) so I am sure the problem is at point of Blesta attempting to import it to a ticket + delete the email.

    Output Attempting plugin cron for support_manager poll_tickets.

     Any help would be appreciated.

  6. Brilliant Loving Excellent Talent Agency  == Philips Data LLC.  :rolleyes:

    I think you missed the S?  :P

    We wanted something that in itself did not really have any meaning, but which sounded uplifting. Think "blessed". We wanted to build a brand around a name that wouldn't be confused for anything else. Also, consider this..

    blesta

    ble sta

    sta ble

    stable

    Color is used only for effect. When people think of Blesta, we want them to think about how stable it is.

    Very clever!   Thank you for the explanation :)

  7. Just out of curiosity...

    What is BLESTA? (the word)

    I know the word BLEST and also BLESTA in CATALAN = BLEST....

    Just curious as to what is the meaning of it and how/what made you decide to name your billing software BLESTA...

    Ahhh, I am tired and finally have some alone time to myself.. :P
