  1. Disregard, I figured it out. If anyone is having this issue, try uninstalling and re-installing the support manager plugin. You will lose your ticket data however.
  2. Hello, I have a Blesta installation running on a Linux virtual server. This server is not used by anything other than Blesta (and has Confluence running on it too). It is a CentOS 6.5 box, ample specifications. I have it set to import messages from an IMAP server. When the cron runs every 5 minutes, I see the message get deleted from the mailbox. However, the message does not get imported as a ticket. "Allow only clients to open or reply to tickets" is not checked, and all the information is correct (which is confirmed by the ticket getting deleted). Selinux is disbaled. PHP 5.4.36 Apache/2.2.15 Mailparse and IMAP php extensions have been included when it was built. I'm at a loss. Can someone assist, or at very minimum suggest a good place to start? Thanks!
  3. Hi. I am trying to add a cPanel server to my Blesta installation. I typed in the server's FQDN, root for the user, and the key. I keep getting the following error: A connection to the server could not be established. Please check to ensure that the Hostname, User Name, and Remote Key are correct. SELinux is disabled, and everything is up to date. Blesta is not on the cPanel server. Any ideas?
