Custom Mail Templates Not Showing In Client Mail Log

Has anyone seen that the client Mail Log shows the default Mail Template and not the customised one? See the attached images In image mail_log.jpg is the client mail log. When I click on "Resend" it opens the configured/customised mail template like in image mail1.jpg. Cheers, Wynad
