Thanks for the info. I have seen the response by editing the client. When i said the response is in the database,i meant i had to use phpmyadmin,go into mysql tables and thats where saw some responses to that field.

Thanks for the reply. I only have the default client group. I have not seen any setting to link a particular custom field to it. On the custom field set up,I have also not seen any setting to link it to a particular client group. On your second point,I have not set the field as required but have seen some responses to it directly in the database.

Hallo I have an install of blesta for production use. Whenever a new client signs up and makes an order,the account is created in cpanel but remains pending. Checking the module logs,there is an error ""Sorry, a passwd entry for that username already exists.". These are new clients and the account wouls not be created if the domain was already in the server.There is also no email address entry in whm. Kindly advice on thiS

I have over 40 accounts in whm. I have now installed blesta. Is there a way to import those accounts into blesta.
