  4. Sapatana's first Blesta edit is for the Admin panel with a new login form. @Sapatana Why did I do this? I was looking at the Blesta login theme and I was thinking it looked a bit plane and boring so I put a search in on Google for "Login Forms." I then stumbled across http://dribbble.com/shots/899672-Login-Form and I was thinking that would be a nice edit for the skin. I will be adding updates to this skin when there is a issue found or I think it needs a little fix. We will also release more themes in future.     Hey, when ever a client replys to a ticket via email it won't update the status How to create client - submit ticket admin - reply and mark as awaiting reply client - replys ticket stays as awaiting reply though. Thanks
  6. Hey, Please can we get NotiApp for Blesta like we can on whmcs basically it will tell you when an invoice is paid, a support ticket is submitted or updated and a client signs up and maybe an order is ordered? Thanks :-)

    I have done but it still redirects to the dept. I have realised since this thread that they can only reply back by the emails and not clicking the link to go to the support area. also on ordering http://prntscr.com/2d4q0n would I be able to blank that screen and just go directly to http://prntscr.com/2d4qog as I don't really think both of the screens are needed. thanks

    Hey, When users are creating a support ticket they get to the bit which says "Open Ticket" and then it tells them to login to their account. I find this an issue because the tickets are for pre-sales. Do you know how I wouldn't need to make them signup before submitting a ticket? Thanks

    I am kind of new to Blesta as Michael has been wanting me to move here from WHMCS but I have a few issues and questions. Whmcs importer to blesta 3.0.6 imported everything fine... until... another client signed up and now they are all getting user id 15 (new registrations) How do I get logicbox domains to be setup automatically so I don't have to review and manually do it Is there a general signature option and is there a mass mail tool Is there a way to delete or move products, invoices ect without using phpmyadmin And I think thats everything for the time being Thanks
