It's ok, never had a 2.5 system anyway, seemed like too much trouble to integrate it and then have to start over again with v3.

I can login to licencepal now but it just lists my v2 key, I still presumed it'd be you guys who would provide the new v3 key though, as that was part of the deal at the time. Are you saying licencepal need to provide this for me?

Licencepal site is not working, is there anything you guys can do to help me get the v3 licence key? http://www.licensepal.com/products/blesta.php (says could not connect to database)? I have my v2 key which is still valid.

I have my licence key from them, yes, but I'm sure I used to be able to login via the blesta site.

problem is I think I used the same email address for both, certainly I have tried the email address I have on the initial confirmation form and it no longer works

Hi, I have had an account since last september and also a beta account but I have just tried logging in and it says my details are wrong. I try and use the reset password option but it just says it has sent an email to my address but nothing comes (have checked junk mail). I confirmed that the email address is correct (it's the one blesta messages and signup details were sent to as well as the one listed in the email with my username). Any chance someone could help me out please? Thanks Jim
