I have a current version of Blesta 2.5.4 running on this server using IonCube in a different directory.

I have a current install of 2.5.4 I have created a new directory on my server called /billing2 and put the contents of the download in that folder. I navigate to url/billing2/install and I am greeted by a blank page. No error message, nothing. Have tried on multiple computers and browsers just nothing. Did I miss something easy? Mark
