  1. Thank you CubicWebs for your Support, I am not going to spend more time trying to setup Blesta. I will pay $3 more monthly and have this setup in at the most 30 minutes. Regards
  2. @ Tyson and CubicWebs First thank you for the quick replies. What I want to do? Is very simple if a customer wants to purchase a product he will click a link in the main webpage and will be redirected to a page where if he is not a customer he will signup and make his purchase. In the customer area there is no option for the customer to purchase services ( This is incredible ) The problem is that there is no documentation to do things is like a game click and guess and hopefully works. "My currency settings are setup properly" "Ticking Allow Client to Set Currency and Ticking Auto update currencies - Have been done already" "No pending in the Admin area" "There are no pending orders as I been trying to setup Blesta for almost 2 days now and still not done" "Your Client Registration order form only handles client registration" --- I know this. "But it sounds like what you want to do is remove the Client Registration order form, and set the General order form (with your products) as the default order form. ----- NO NO this is not what I want to do." Guys is very simple what I want to do but with no proper documentation to do things is very hard. I am about to give up on blesta, there has been problem after problem after problem from the very beginning and the true support here is practically done only by CubicWebs if this guy was not here wonder what would happen. Where do I obtain the products links ? from the order link in the Portal right ? well that does not work either, when the order link is clicked does not work. When the order link from the portal does not work is because you must create an order form right ? well 2 order forms where created Subscription and General and Subscription was setup as default why ? because when you click the Order link from Portal does not work. Is really amazing how many problems just to setup Blesta and with no proper documentation well you are practically left in the dark. I don't give up easily but man when things turn out like this I am really left with not much options.
  3. Hi I need some help hope some one can point me in the right direction. I have created my products and they are active that's 11 products. Have created 2 order forms: 1- Client Registration (Default) 2- General Reason why I setup the client registration as default is because have no clients and I assume they must signup. The problems: When I click in the portal the Order link it takes me to the registration page once registered it does not take me to the products page. All I get is a message: Thank you for registering an account with us. Why I am not able to see the products ? This is my second day trying to get this configured and going problem after problem. Any help ? Thank you.
  4. Thank you for the quick reply Paul, makes a lot more sense now.
  5. Hi Guys I was just trying to create a (New Package) (Product) but is asking me: "You must specify a universal module product." Now when I go to the modules to the "Universal Module" which is what I have I am totally lost. I will not be providing any Web Hosting Services I will be providing just services so there is no need for me to add any other module but the Universal one. There is not sufficient information on the "Universal Module" that explains in detail how to proceed I am just like in the dark, I see the options: Module Options Package Options Service Options Where can I find detailed information about this ? This is all the information I found about modules: http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Modules http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Universal+Module And I see nice screenshots but "no information" , no example of "Add Product". What can I do any one can help ? I am starting to get frustrated. Thank you guys.
  6. Yes CubicWebs thats what I did at first but had the problem mentioned before, so needed to work my way around and it worked. Thnx for the help.
  7. I have managed to solve the problem, @ 101101101 thank you for you response that was not the solution but provided me the idea on how to solve the problem. Ok so the problem was that I uncompressed the blesta program at public_html and all files where placed at public_html why ? simple because the folder says public_html, would be a great idea to rename this folder to something else as this causes confusion. So the htaccess from blesta was some how conflicting with my htaccess file as they both where on public_html. How was this solved ? I deleted all the files and folders in public_html and extracted the blesta program again and renamed the folder that did the trick. Hope this helps some one in the near future, it would be great to change the folder name and specify what I mentioned above. Thank you all !
  8. Hi CubicWebs Thank you for the quick reply, no I am not the owner of the server, I have requested information on: "php mod_rewrite needs to be installed, or the conf file to be edited to allowoverwrite" Here is information on: - Operating system CentOS 5 - Control panel: Cpanel - Blesta version: 3.0.6 Will keep this updated once I get more info. Regards
  9. Hi Wanted to give Blesta a try but things are not starting right, installation is not working, get the following error: ================================================================================================== Mod rewrite is not enabled, or htaccess is not supported by this server. You must disable pretty URL support in Blesta by removing the .htaccess file. ================================================================================================== Yes I have pointed my browser to the install.php Can any one guide me in the right direction ? Thank you.
