  4. Is it me, or in V4 the notification count doesn't work anymore in the menu ?
  5. Curious to know if you have something documented about what's the consequence of v4 on plugin for v3. Would need to migrate a bunch of them that we made "in-house" and will be way easier to know what change instead of re-testing everything...

  7. Yeah exactly. . We are having a bunch of custom field that are the same for different client group. . And instead of having to copy the data when we change a client of group. We created custom field in a client group called "Global group" and assign all custom field there and all others client groups see them.
  8. Hey guys @ Blesta Are you able in the v4 to add the "Global custom field", a while ago in v3. I made a custom plugin for that issue but it will be way better to have that directly in the core... I have no problem to give you our plugin to help you

  10. Hummmmm why using the latest version of support pro I don't have the same kind of visual as the screenshot... I mean the Open / Awaiting / Closed / SPAM menu bar ... I have it vertical instead of horizontal...

    I can confirm that using default one it's working... so the problem came from somewhere with the latest version of Blesta and our old template that we use since a while!

    @Paul, Right now, it's never displayed in the PDF... I know we use our own template since a while... maybe it's something with Blesta version and our template.. I will try to use the default one to test!

    Another thing.... if I modify an invoice that works fine before with the "Terms" at the end, after modification, the terms didn't show up anymore...

    I just double check again... looks like the only missing part it's the "Terms" at the end of the invoice that didn't appear for all invoices..

    Hey guys... Just see that this morning, don't know since when, but looks like it's not all clients that get the same invoice template. Can't find any thing related to this setting on a per client/group, it's only a global setting. Any idea why...
  17. Is it only me having issue with this plugin with the option that Staff never received any emails....
  18. Ohh not sure if it made a huge difference, but we are using the support pro plugin...
  19. even the Ticket is assigned to you template is not working! Sounds like all email to staff for Support are not working, but all emails to clients are good!
  20. Yeah just compared.... same thing. I probably never modify these one as it's only use by "Staff"
  21. I modify a bunch of them.. which one is in use for this email ? I checked under Tools > Logs > Email, and only the one sent to the user is there!

  24. Hey guys... Having a hard time to remember where... when someone send an email for support, it create a ticket and the user get an email BUT where I need to go to also send an email to staff that a new ticket is created ? thanks
