  1. Got a try to your plugin, but got a little issue. When I click the top menu for Live Chat , the URL is : http://ourblestainstallationdomain/admin/live_chat_url , but that give us a 404!
  2. Hi, Not sure how to do what I need! I would like to have a package "PackageA" with a 24 months contract but with a billing at each month. If I understand correctly, I need to create a package with a term of 24 months and put the price PER month ?
  3. Hi, Just found that I have no way to assign a value to all clients when I create a new custom field. I need to enter one by one all clients. I think a little function when creating a new custom field should ask if we want to apply something for all clients.
  4. Hi, Not sure if it's a bug or "normal" but if you create a note and put some "ENTER/newline", when you click to display it (expand the note) , the "newline" are not displayed...
  5. It would be nice to define a PER client number of days before the invoice is due. Currently we need to create "client group" for that but if everything is the same except the due days, we can set it on a per client basis...

    Delete A Client

    Not sure if it's a bug or a normal behavior but when you delete a client. The full cleanup is not done in all tables. We still have "contacts" in the table for this deleted client and samething in other table like "contact_notes".

    Tags In Signature

    Hi, Can we use tags in signature? I would like to put some generic line in the signature for all email sent using Blesta Something like: This email is sent to {contact_firstname} {contact_lastname} with the email {contact_email} from COMPANY NAME.
  8. Yeah that's what I thought too but how to enter it in the value field. Just 1 or something like 0|1
  9. Is there a way to create a product using the universal module with a quantity but also a label PER qte. I mean, I know how to create a product using the universal module and ask for a qte. What I need, it's a way to specify a label for each qte we put. Let say for example, I want to add a product "Domain name", I specify a qte of 4, I want to be able to specify the 4 domain names...
  10. Any documentation about how works the "value" for some custom field type. For example, I try to add a custom field "Check Box" and have no idea for the "value" field.

  12. I know that if we create service in a client account, at the next renewal date, an invoice will be created using this date and the term as a description. How I can create an invoice using a PAST date. I mean, I activate 5 new services for a client that start last Oct. 10 2013.... My renewal date will be Oct 10 2014 but I want my invoice detail to have from Oct 2013 to 2014, not from Fev05 2014 to Oct 10 2014. If I change the renewal date to Oct 10 2013, the cron job don't take it to generate an invoice. Any idea....
  13. The problem I think, it's we use a custom field visible to client and read only, 'cause we need to show this information to the client.... but I don't want to see it in the registration form when a new client fill the form!
  14. Tyson, Not sure if it's resolv in 3.1 but I just re-test this morning with 3.1 and works fine. The only thing I will add, it's the custom field is set to visible to client and read only. I think that visible to client and read only need to be hidden in the registration form. Client will try to write something and will probably tell us they can't fill the form correctly without knowing the field is for us not them!

  16. Yes but not here All clients are created by us. Our business don't work like that. We create clients account, that's why I need that, at the first login, the client confirm the billing information we have.
  17. Is it possible at the same time, that at the FIRST LOGIN, we force client to validate billing address ?
  18. We would like to have a way to email our inactive account to tell them something like "You are inactive in our system, if you still want your services, you need to log in your account....." And at the same time, asked them to valide the billing address....
  19. Hi, Got an issue today. Invoices created using automation works fine. When you add services to a client the first service in the invoice works fine, all other services added to the same invoices (using the append option), don't have any taxes. I need to modifiy the invoice, check the taxes and save again!

So, First Name 1 can connect using email + password and will see ALL invoices/transactions for both companies at the same time, this means, we need to be able to add a new column that will display which company...
  21. Yeah, I mean "I think he means a single user/pass to login to a different account across multiple companies. For example, you have Company A and Company B. Client can use the same credentials to login to each." I would be fine with a plugin We have more than one "client" in this situation. For a real example, I have one person that "manage" 3 companies, and some others that manage 2 companies... I would that the client that connect see ALL companies at the same time. Maybe we can just add a column in the view that display which company...
  22. It will be nice to be able to create one contact that will have access to multiple client account. For example, here, we have a user that manage multiple company and we need to create different login to make a difference between each company...
