We are running the same version on one of our dev servers without problems (cPanel latest + Exim Email Server). We have tested with POP (Delete), and PIPE without problems. What email server are you using on your server? do you have any special configs, or just the default ones? Trie to contribute for a good constructive conversation. Just to send an update. In this new version that we hope to release this week, it will add major changes and new functions to help improve the blesta support manager plugin

We have enable blesta Configure::errorReporting(-1); and have detected the error , to many hours making simultaneus app's lol, we forgot to enable,or eeing error logs, and we where just seeing the screen errors noting else We have detected more smal bugs and in this release will be more stable then ever Regards, PV

I think it will be released that option on Blesta 3.2

We will make some testes on XMPP on monday and try to sort this out

You can edit the support manager pdt file and raise the time refresh but 3 seconds is very good for default and i think you will not need to adjust

The support manager is already built in auto refresh Open support manager and send an email or open a ticket you will see in 3 seconds the ticket
